The location of this home and it's general layout can't be beat. It is set up perfect for two families with children to stay at. It is a block from the beach. Overall would have been a great home except..... This house is not being maintained. To the point that some people may have health issues. There is a serious leak coming from up on the roof top deck into the master bedroom by the door. It has been there for a long time. There is mold in the house from it. I took a bunch of pictures and would post them with my review if VRBO had a way. You will see the floor boards seriously damaged with mold and then the drywall and trim has mold. Other general maintenance issues. The pool never worked while we were there. Chris was responsive and came over to look at it but it never got fixed. One of the chairs to the kitchen table had the bolt coming out so you couldn't sit in it. The furniture on the roof top deck was destroyed. We couldn't spend time up there. The middle deck has 3 spindles broken out so you wouldn't want a child up there. Like I said it is good house in a good location and is layed out well but I wouldn't recommend staying there until the water leak has been addressed and the mold remediated. It sucked not having the pool since we paid a premium for it. Overall we still had a good vacation but I would rent one of the homes next to this one if I went back because they look to be in better condition.

Not quite on the beach but close enough.

We had the most wonderful time! The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the access to the beach, the rooftop deck, and Patches Pub! All the beds were comfortable and we would love to stay here again!

We had a very small check-in issue but the host was quickly able to fix it. Beautiful home. I absolutely love the shower in the master bath. The pool was perfect since the ocean was really rough for the younger kids. My 3 year old actually learned to swim and basically lived in the pool! Perfectly stocked kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough to not drive far. I highly recommend this house!

Location was excellent with the beach around the corner. Property was clean and comfortable. We had 8 in our group. Very spacious. Kitchen was equipped well. A few minor issues but Chris was able to resolve for us. Chris is a great host and responsive to any communication. This property would definitely be on our list to check for when we return back to the area.

walking distance too the beach . this was a perfect vacation for the whole family . needs a few touchups but overall great experience. whit sand and clear water !!!
