Horrible and rude unhelpful staff.

This is my second stay with this establishment. It was a home away from home air to it so comfortable. They’re pet friendly and the other customers are nice. The room was big, comfortable and spacious with kitchen included. King Suite, the Queen Suite is nice but it appears smaller than the King Suite. They’re dog and cat friendly.

The shower floor was awful, I had to put a towel down. Very dirty inside, the fridge had stains on it, chair had white stuff over it god knows what that was. The location has good reviews idk how... I'm under the impression they are bots. All residents living in the hotels and it shows, out side area smells like wet dog. Stairs smell like pee. I understand why the price was what it was there wasn't no "silver member deal" the hotel ups the price just to give discounts to attract people. Multiple other nice vehicles parked outside from what I'm assuming under the same impression with the reviews. The picture are probably from 3+ years ago. Very stingy with the towels? Like ok it's a towel. Key for room deactivated every night, after doing 30k steps at Disney it's a inconvenience to have to walk all the way down to reprogram. Pros : in and out was a 2 min drive.

The hand towel was dirty there was a bath mat and hand towel hanging from the shower curtain I can only assume for the last guest. The shower leaked non-stop and window screen had large holes in it. The AC did not do AC just blew luke cool air. The studio set up would be nice if the room wasn't in such poor condition both from a maintenance and house keeping perspective.

Witnessed domestic abuse people were yelling cussing fighting in room and hallway.

Overall if you are looking for an affordable option to stay it will get the job done. We checked in and found our room clean but sadly the refrigerator and kitchen wasn't in the best of conditions. The 1st morning we went down to the grab and go breakfast about 30 minutes into it opening and there was nothing there. The staff wasnt motivated to keep it stocked so we did have to contact hotels.com which they then threw some danishes and ganola bars into the baskets and brought coffee. Later in the day we came back to find that if you want housekeeping you have to request it at the front desk, so we put in a request with the front. After 2 days of staying we still had no visits from housekeeping so hotels.com had to intervene again. We had encountered a couple arguing in the room next to us the 1st night but ignored it. By the 2nd night the arguing continued until early in the morning so loudly that we had to call the front desk which called the room twice. We had to call the front again since they started back up again after the phone calls. The staff went and knocked on their door and they did quiet down. The 3rd night the couple in the room became lound again and we could hear the man yell obscenities and threaten to beat his wife followed by screams. We had to call the police which resulted in 5 cop cars coming to the room next to us. The following day and after 3 nights of not sleeping we asked for the people to be moved. Thankfully the staff moved them.

The studio room had a small kitchen with a full refrigerator, stove,and microwave. For the price it was so worth it. Close to the northwoods inn, knotts, disneyland resort and so much more.

When we got there to check in two sheriffs were at the property handling some kind of dispute and stopped the flow of check in because only one person available to do so. There were also quite a few people outside smoking and in their cars like a hangout.

Place was dirty, first room sink was clogged, roaches on the floor and AC wasn't working. They offered us a second room which was full of graffiti from the bathroom to the fridge and even inside the drawers. Also it is advertised to have breakfast included, their idea of breakfast is coffee and the option of either a granola bar OR a pack of instant oatmeal.We stayed for 1 night as we had no other options. Next day we cancelled the remaining booked nights we had and moved elsewhere. Looks like it is used as a homeless shelter.

Easy and fast check in, wonderfully pet friendly, not spotless but clean and no smells (and I’m a super smeller!), price was right! There were construction noises in the room nextdoor, but luckily those subsided before bedtime. The immediate area doesn’t have much to offer, however its near the highway and there are lots of food/businesses within a short drive. Me and the pups plan to stay here every time we visit my daughter at Biola U nearby!

It was peaceful and quiet really enjoyed the stay.

I like it here. They don’t have crazy rules like no pets (I have a service dog so it does not matter)... It is illegal to refuse a service animal. No deposit which is awesome & the suites are huge and clean…no roaches for once.😁

Our stay was not too bad, a couple of things that was negative was the musty smell when entering the room for the first time & very linty bath towels that had lint stuck on me & flying everywhere after a bath. Positive things were the hotel was close to freeway entrance & our room came with a stove, fridge & microwave.

I didn’t stay in the room. It was the last room the carpet was completely wet from being shampooed. The smell was awful. The room was not in condition to be rented.

The worst hotel stay I have ever had. Grounds were dirty and trashed. Service was not great. Room condition was horrible and uncomfortable. Had to go down to get my own towels. No room cleaning while we were gone out of the room. Just overall the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

Check in was a breeze and the room was clean. Plus you won't find a room with a full kitchen for this price.

It was amazing and private! I love the mini kitchen to cook over night. The way the room smelt and appeared clean! Front desk was helpful and check in was easy.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we saw cockroaches maybe like 2 or 3 my wife killed them off the wall

It’s cool. Very comfortable setting for me while I’m there. Does have a feeling of home.

Staff were friendly and welcoming, but there is a constant smoke smell due to guests smoking outside which caught off guard at times. Hotel room was clean and spacious, just had a bit of a weird smell to the room. Nonetheless it was a decent stay!

Need to be more selective on the type of people they rent too.

Poor area

I have stayed here when it was the Extended Stay America and while my last stay was subpar and could be better. Staying at the Relax Suites was way worse. My key card kept losing access (once per day) to get into the hotel side door and my room. Having to carry bags to the room with a dog only for the key card to not work and then having to go downstairs to fix it and then go back up? Unnecessarily difficult and ridiculous. My room was not a handicap accessible room because I don't need one but seemed to have a shower only and no bath. The furniture was tore up and scratched and looked like they picked up random pieces at free haul spots. On the last night, my kitchen sink decided to pool puddles of water by the spout. Half of my lights didn't work properly either on the low dim setting either. The property itself is trashy and gross. This is a pet friendly hotel and they have bags to pick up waste but there was so much pet waste in the biggest area block from the lack of people picking up. I don't know why they don't have anyone cleaning up the landscaping and enforce cleaning because its so easy to accidently step in a pile. There was random trash in the parking lot, a diaper by my car randomly showed up when I left out one morning. Trash bag on the side by one of the doors that sat out there for 2.5 days and is probably still there. The hotel has seemed to just gone down in quality and service which I did not believe was possible.

The room had filthy curtains, bathtub had hair in it and there were no towels provided. Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Only thing that felt clean was the bed. Very questionable. I wished I read the reviews first before booking.

This stay was one of the worst I ever experienced. The smell of the room was absolutely horrendous, it smelled like something died in there. In addition, there was a fly in our room that we couldn't get rid of. The water in our room also stopped working and it just seemed like everything was not kept or updated. Terrible, would NOT recommend staying here.

This place was not clean. You have to ask for anything you need. The staff do not understand the concept of hospitality and customer service. This place attracts some shady characters. It smelled, some things were broken or didn’t work in the room and was not clean. One night someone set off the fire alarm twice at 3am and apparently thought it would be funny. I switched hotels and will never stay here again.

Front desk employee super nice Hotel is old, dirty seems like is use for homeless I was only a few hours just to spend the night when I arrived security guy was pounding someone door who knows what happened Never again.
