Amazing place ! Close to a small beach, the view from windows is direct to this sand. Extremaly clean. Super easy contact with the owner by whatsapp in english, in the place was waiting someone with keys. I really recommend this flat !

Cozy two bedroom seaside apartment at the end of the beach. Beachfront, with multiple windows facing the sea.

Some may find the surroundings run down, but we appreciated being away from the center of town.

the location and the apartment are incredible. The host (Nico) did everything so our stay is as perfect as it was. Would choose this accommodation over and over again.

Very good location. Bars, restaurants, shop, beach within 10-25 meters

The wifi doesnt worked during the whole week. It was a littlebit noisy because of the location (mese bars and the beach)

wonderful location right across from a public beach and walking distance to town, with a wide range of restaurants

Very nice and confortable place.Just in front of the Potam beaches. Very kind and professional hosts (Niko and family). We arrived much earlier than expected and they did their best to welcome us and made the place available for us in very short time. Nicko is also organising sea trips, and we chose the one at sunset around Porto Palermo. The 2 hours trip was exceptional and the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. Thank you Niko, we'll be glad to be back one day. We highly recommend.

Not directly related to the apartment, but one should know that the Potam beaches (and maybe all the Himarë cost) are not sand beaches but rather pebbles stones ones.
