The room was very dirty and it smelled terrible like someone threw up and it it wasn’t cleaned. The bed had stains, the curtains had blood on them. The wall in the bedroom had poop next to the toilet paper holder. Once I tried to turn on the tv, it would not turn on. I went to ask for a new remote and a person who actually spoke English came to the room with me. I later found out that, that person actually lives there. It was an awful experience and I want a full refund!!!

This hotel is in desperate need of repair! The man at front had a poor attitude. He told us to park around back and use the back doors to get in. The back door didn’t work. The front office said we had to walk to the side door because, “that door has been broken.” So they knew the door wasn’t working, but directed us that way regardless. We walked to the side entrance and had to walk off the path into the dirt and bushes, because the trees were overgrown on the walk way. The hallway seemed very dirty - like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. The smell was very odd - definitely not clean! The door to our room didn’t close correctly. It locked, but it didn’t seem secure. Many things should have been taken down and painted over. There wasn’t tissue in the tissue box. The towel bar was broken and the towels were badly stained (smelled of strong bleach). The shower had decent pressure, but the shower itself needs to be replaced. There is a lot of rust. The toilet started coming up. The front desk asked, “Isn’t there a plunger next to the toilet?” In other words, fix it yourself. The fridge didn’t look like it has been defrosted in months. The curtains are tattered and ripped. The chair looked like it had been malled by a cat. There were bugs in the windows, party favors behind the tv, and the carpet looked filthy. I don’t think anyone cleaned it thoroughly. The sink filled up each time we used it, regardless of the amount of water used. READ ALL REVIEWS - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Terrible breakfast with only breads, cold cereal and waffle. Orange juice is a powder mixed, no fruits other than banana. Room was old and not clean. No hot water.

It is right across from Morgan hill sports complex. Perfect location if you are traveling to tournaments at sports complex. Make sure to take your own toiletries, beds were comfy and breakfast was filling. It could have been cleaner, some of the walls looked filthy and needed to be wiped down. They should tear out old carpet and put new flooring. Some cosmetic repairs are needed but overall it was not bad for a short notice stay.

This was the most unsanitary place that I’ve ever experienced there was feces smeared on the wall and curtain and the staff wasn’t concerned about it at all. They basically ignored our complaints and we were forced to leave and find another place to stay.

Horrendous place. The only thing decent were the beds. Dirty all over; ran down place. Should not be offered on hotels.com. The Quality Inn franchise should not accept its name under such condition.

The room was clean, the tv remote did not work. I had to go to the desk to get a second remote which also did not work, when i complained i was told to use the bomuttons on the tv. Thw wifi also did not work. The room security lock didnot work, in fact it was missing. The public areas were filthy and the security door to the parking lot was broken and propted open with a n aluminum can so you could getvin and out. We had to go to the desk to get freash towels. And the room was not serviced the entire 4 days we were there. I will never book with Quailty inn ever again. The staff was also very rude and dismissive of our complaints.

Yes, no room service, no valet parking, no spoiled ppls amenities, but real people don't need that. Very nice place and the front desk remembers your name and treats you like a regular vip.

The property was dirty. The front desk person was not kind for my check off The attendant wasn’t there I have to drop the keys on the desk parking lot no lighting people walking around the property all night

Unless, you want to be surrounded with parolees also staying at hotel, don't stay there. Key cards don't work. Needs to be fixed, entire hotel! Smells dirty. Asked for an extra blanket and it was never brought after an hour, had to get it our selves, same as toilet paper. Just don't stay there! Worse hotel I have even stayed at.

When I checked in, they didn’t check my ID or my card and sent me upstairs to a room that had not been cleaned. Offered no apology made me come back to the front. Bring all my stuff back downstairs and sent me to another room. No Wi-Fi code. There was an empty tank of nitrous in the hallway all four days I was there. Stay anywhere else.

When you go into the lobby it doesn't look presentable. Once I got the room key, I didn't have to use it at the door as it didn't lock. The first room didn't have the door latch. Upon complain as I was staying alone, front desk said all room were like that and that is why there's a deadbolt. But once I got a different room that one did have the latch. But there were no towels in the room. It wasn't the cleanest ether.

Ice machine broke. Hot tub was hot at check in and broken at 8pm my tub didnt work. I went to put the knob down and it was stuck in shower position. It almost broke the water nossle trying to push it down. My grand daughter had to take a shower bath. Another room ac didnt wotk

The hot tub didn't work and the pool was literally green. The spigot in the bathtub had a 2" gap from the wall and smelled. The water control handle just fell off. They agreed to cancel and refund my second night but ended up taking more money from my account. Then attempted to take more money out basically double charging me. The manager Neil was rude, condescending and completely unhelpful. He shouldn't be in the hospitality business. I had to drive back to the property 4 times because no one ever answers the phone there. Worst experience of my life. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

All the place is ok dirty and safe I reserve 2 rooms and both are dirty all is broken nothing works the carpet is really dirty and nasty y don’t know why this place is open I don’t have any more to said just don’t come to this hotel !!! My worst experience on my life is on this hotel

We ran out of hot water. The bathroom floor was dirty. The receptionist wouldn’t print me a receipt told me the computer was broken. The worker wouldn’t give me more than one towel said the laundry wasn’t done. Worker is living in two of the rooms that were across from me and it stunk the whole hallway. Worst hotel ever.
