Utilitarian. Clean. Easy access. Close to downtown, but not walkable.

Excellent room, comfortable and very clean. There should only be more variety for breakfast or some protein should be added.

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. That being said, half the outlets and lights in the room didn’t work, and starting at 6 am it’s non-stop doors slamming by the cleaning staff and other guests. We could see light coming into the bathroom from underneath the bathtub. Not sure to what to make of that. The front desk staff were nice and we helpful.

This hotel was fine for the price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were few amenities, only a very small pool. There was no coffee pot in the room, and not enough tables or chairs in the breakfast area. The breakfast area was very small and the breakfast was unremarkable. The staff was excellent and the coffee was very fresh and good.

Was satisfied with the reservation. Hotel was very close to Helen and I was able to get a peaceful nights sleep. No elevator so we had to use the stairs

Everything but the pillows and internet was awesome! Great staff, walking distance to Helen, GA, clean and a half decent breakfast.

We were not given a welcome bag like the 2 checkins before us. Also the shower head is to low for someone that is 6'3" tall

Very comfortable room. FULL-SIZE refrig/freezer, Very neat and clear. Great heater/ air conditioner. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Would gladly return to that room next year.

Overall good except the check in process. Checked in on 10/10/24 at around 11:00pm. The guy working the check in counter was extremely rude.

Old hotel with Wyndham slapped on the building. Bathroom faucet leaked terribly whenever used. Pricey room. Mediocre breakfast. Removed from town. Will stay somewhere else on our next visit.

Temperatures were in the 80’s so we brought our swimming suits. The website said they had a pool and hot tub. We walked around the property and the tiny pool was not only closed, it was a mucky green color. Very disappointed.

We were charged double for the security deposit and when we told them he was very rude about it until my husband walked up and he changed his attitude. Gave us a parking pass with the wrong room number. Hotel very loud and the beds were very uncomfortable. We had a group of 12 people and everyone said the same thing so I know it wasn’t just our bed.
