We liked that it was very convenient. We could walk to a number of restaurants and we could walk to the park.

Good restaurants within walking distance, service at hotel was good.

Not very happy about the shower area. First, the shower controls. Very confusing. So bad that they had to put a diagram in the area to show you how to use it. Next for the handicapped tub. Such a large step over to get into the shower. From the outer edge of the tile to the inside of the tub had to be at least 12”. And over knee high. Also the floor of the tub was pretty slippery. Thank goodness for all the safety bars.

We enjoyed our stay here in Idaho Falls. When we checked in at 5, we were invited to a build it yourself taco dinner in the breakfast room. Our accommodations were clean and looked new. It was quiet in spite of being adjacent to the airport. Multiple entrances accessed with the room keycard made it convenient to move suitcases from the car to the room and back. Tasty breakfast with extras not always included. Would recommend highly.

The most attractive feature to us was that the pool was open 24 hours a day. We travel with small kids on the road and often arrive at our hotels at late hours. The 24-hour operation of a pool (or any pool that is open after 10pm) makes things so much easier and the kids so much happier.

There was a huge pet spider in one of the rooms and the room they moved us to had some liquid dried all over the bathroom door. The sheets were wrinkled and it looked like someone had slept in them the same day

My Family had stayed before at the Hampton Inn Idaho Falls a few years ago and had such a great stay that we decided to book here again for a night as we were on a summer road trip holiday. Shannon was fantastic in getting us checked into our two rooms and after a quick few minutes of paperwork we were finished and enjoyed the complimentary fresh baked cookies which were always delicious! Our rooms were very clean and modern and the beds and linen were super comfortable for an excellent sleep. The hotel also had a mini gym, a large pool and a hot tub which were all available for use 24 hours a day. The complimentary breakfast was delicious as always and on that morning there were tasty omelets, sausage patties, pancakes, waffles and all your traditional cereals along with milk, juice and coffee. Thank you very much to all the wonderful staff of Hampton Inn for your hardwork!

Clean and hassle free, bed too firm, which we typically have issue with at most hotels. Overall a good stay.
