Excellent location in the center of Interlaken and right next to a beautiful river. The rooms were spacious and clean. A bit pricey for a 4 star hotel, but I suspect because it’s the location. Also, the Interlaken area is just ridiculously expensive. Tough to come here on a budget. Perfect to train station and restaurants. Would stay again.

Recommend this hotel, great service and comfortable, front desk staff were friendly and helpful, stored luggage from the morning was in my room when I arrived late due to a missed bus. Showers good pressure and temperature. Location on the river, close to both stations and the bus.

The employee are not kind. They said I couldn't check out before 7 a.m., so I checked out the night before. And the next morning, when I left at 6:30, there was no one at the front desk, so I took water from the regri at front desk. Suddenly, an employee came out and asked why I was taking water as I wanted, and said that I had to ask for it first. There was no one around at the time so I had no choice but she treated me like a thief and ask if I was a hotel guest. The staff didn't even ask us again if we needed water as we left, and I continued my trip in a very bad mood all day. Another problem is that the hotel front desk is not open 24 hours a day. Is this the guest's responsibility? The room quality is not that good and the bathroom is too narrow. I will never visit this hotel again.

What a pleasant surprise Hotel Belle Vue was. We stayed in the family room and it was spacious, clean, and everything we needed and more. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious!

My only negative, was the bed. It was two twins put side by side but they easily moved apart and were not made up as one bed with the filler piece like most hotels do. Other thank that it was very good.

Hotel Bellevue is a charming hotel very near train station and many great restaurants. The staff was especially nice and the breakfast was the best we had in Europe. Loved our stay

We loved our two day stay in this little gem of a hotel. The staff was kind and courteous as we checked in and helpful with explaining the transportation card and hotel amenities. Our room was clean and airy. We appreciated the balcony views of the river and mountains. The included breakfast buffet was a delicious surprise. We would definitely return!

The views from AAre river are breathtaking. The waters are turquoise in color. It is walkable to train station,shopping, restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay. Our balcony looked over the river and had a bistro table and chairs to enjoy our dinner. Very clean and super comfortable bed.

Great hotel - be sure to stay on the river side of the hotel as the other side is right on the train track! Delicious breakfast, comfortable beds, nice bar, cute location!

Staff is welcoming and helpful. on both days, house keeping did not vacuum the room, condiments were not refilled.
