Even though we were not in the main hotel we had a wonderful time. Guest were able to come swim in the pool and enjoy the hot tub. It was quite withan excellent breakfast. Highly recommend for comfort.

This is one of most beautifully maintained landscapes for any hotel! The lovely lady staff who cares for the flower beds was very sweet❗️

If I upgraded the facility, it would be directed at dealing with noise.

The bathtub/shower felt slimy when I stepped into it, like it hadn't been cleaned. It was $250 a night for two nights which I felt was a bit overpriced for the experience I had. On the good side, the staff was pleasant to deal with.

There was actual poop tracked all over the carpet, front desk attempted to spot clean but we kept finding more …they only gave us a $20 refund…it was disgusting and frustrating best western wouldn’t refund us for our room considering…
