This was a last minute booking on our way to Illinois. Checked in about 9:30. Had to wait about 15 minutes to check in because the attendant wasn’t at the desk. Got in our room and had no tv signal. Remote didnt work the way it should. I tried calling the front desk 6 different times. 5 times on the hotel phone and once on my phone. No one ever answered. Since I was already in my pjs, my husband went down to the front desk and found the attendant outside. He told her the situation and she said she didn’t know how to fix it. He told her to call a manager because we paid a lot of money for our room. She responded by cursing at him, and taking the Lords name in vain. We never did get a response or solution to the issue. When we left this morning, no one was at the desk. We will never stay here again. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and my husband said it felt like he had a spring sticking in his back all night.

Staff was ok. Breakfast was ok. Stains on the carpet in the hallways. Floors in room had scrapes and grooves like things were dragged across the room. Beds were hard. All three of us woke up with back aches. Construction on Main Street makes it difficult to know how to get to entrance. Starbucks, gas station/convenience store and restaurants all within walking distance. Overall it was just ok. It seems when these hotels start to get older they do not remodel.

Pleasantly surprised by this room and hotel because it was so inexpensive! The internet and other booking sites offered our king-sized room from $146-$186, but it was $104 through Hotel.com! It even had a pool and a free hot breakfast! Free cookies were offered next to the check-in desk.

I thought Radisson hotels were more upscale. The room was dirty and the staff was unfriendly. This was our most expensive hotel on our 2 week road trip and I would never stay at this hotel again.

Quiet property. Starbucks and Slim Chickens right next door. Texas Roadhouse across the street. There is construction at the light so it is awkward turning into the entrance to the hotel.

This property had dirty floors throughout and there was a large hair ball in the dirty floor behind the bathroom door. My feet were dirty from walking in our room barefoot. Carpets had dirty stains throughout. Our bathroom shower did not easily turn on I had to push really hard to get water to come out of the shower head. The stairwell door was locked &I had to go back up the stairs and take the elevator down. Big safety concern! Way too many flaws for an 8 rating. I would give it a 5-6 star rating.

The property was clean and the staff was super friendly. Lots of breakfast choices and a cute hotel! A little hard to find due to local construction but other than that, it was an excellent stay!

Was a good place to stay and sleep for the night, breakfast wasnt replenish while we were eating so didnt have much. Overall was good. Shower water pressure could be way better

AC was cold. Beds are comfy. Breakfast was not good. Yes, it is a hot breakfast, but everything was under cooked. There wasn’t a very big selection, and the kitchen staff was not to be found.

Good stay—a bit dirty in the shower walls, and floors, but workers were courteous and kind.

We just stayed overnight on a trip. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good!

The pillows are so soft and comfy, the AC works great so, the room is clean, the front desk staff is nice. Recommended one.

my partner and i stayed two nights to visit family in the area and we loved this hotel! we were greeted by very friendly staff and our room was in excellent condition and just like the picture. they are very relaxed about pets as well, we adopted a dog while down there and they just asked for $20 and for us to fill out a quick form. we enjoyed the pool and pet area, but the fitness center is well.. questionable. only cardio, just a treadmill and elliptical and my man was disappointed that he couldn’t really work out since i booked this one and told him there was a gym! that ones on me though. great property, great people, great vibes 10/10 would stay again!
