Bangor Grande is super well organized for dogs, with a dedicated wing and entrance on the side of the hotel away from the highway. Staff were very professional, at check-in and in the dining room.

Room clean. The hotel really needs a paint job. Most outer doors to rooms, paint chipped. Looks shabby.

It was adequate for what we needed: a place to slerp after the concert.
The front desk agent and the shuttle driver were great. The hotel was a tad dingey, with stained furniture and worn carpets.
The walls are thin, and we were awakened at midnight by our noisy neighbors.

I have only one issue. There are no coffee or microwave in the rooms. Very inconvenient to go to the lobby to get a cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

We stayed in a front room of the property which backs up to a main and noisy road. A lot of semi trucks went by. It was very loud and bright lights shining in through the curtain all night. The floors were pretty gross and not very comfortable overall.

This place is very nice! Loved the Blue sky for breakfast! Eating dinner in the bar was very noisy, too bad the dining room wasn't open. But the food was excellent!
Only thing that could be better is a handicap push button to open the front doors! They are very heavy, and created a challenge for me and my husband. Staff was very nice, and room was very clean! Thank you!

Bar/restaurant has good food and drinks, but filled with locals, be prepared to hear Bangor drama. Take shower at night as the water heaters are overworked in the AM. Complimentary coffee is better than DnD.

Beds are horrible - for us. Wayyyyy tooo soft. Sank without any support. Front desk staff wonderful. Extremely friendly and accommodating both times we visited. Beginning of our trip and end of our trip 12 days later. The restaurant food was good and once again very friendly staff.

Stayed here after a local concert. It is what it is. Nothing super fancy but was in a safe area and the beds were comfy and clean. The room we got was not refurbished like the pictures show.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The only dining option was the quite loud lounge which isnt great if you've been traveling. The room was in pretty rough shape and well over due for a refurb. The furniture was banged up, holes in the walls where fixtures had been removed and not replaced. I would only stay here again if every single room in all of Bangor was taken, and even then may think of moving on.

We were so appreciative of the shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff was kind and helpful.
