Staff are all amazing. Bianca at the front desk stands out as an amazing ambassador for the Diamond Hotel.

Hotel has good services with pool, gym and sauna. The breakfast is good as well. Rooms are pretty large and in good condition thogh the bathroom looks a bit old-fashioned - however everything worked well. This hotel has quite central location at Roxas Boulevard with nice views to the Bay area. You can walk to some places or take a Grab. The surroundigs towards the sea are ok but a bit scruffy though did not have any problems. Hotel has 6 elevators and you have to press for 4 different buttons to call the fastest elevator near your floor. It created funny situations as the elevator stopped at 6 empty floors on the way down. During our visit 3 elevators were under renovation. Hopefully after the renovation you must only press one button to call for the nearest elevator to your floor.

We loved staying at Diamond. We didn’t get a chance to swim due to other engagements. Only complaint was the hallways were not air conditioned. Other than that we recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel. Amazing staff. The bed was literally one of the most comfortable beds I ever laid in. The breakfast was a little underwhelming but definitely not bad. The location is by everything you need and then some. They also have a designated taxi driver for the hotel which came in handy alot

The parking, bell desk and maid service was excellent, however dining room service was slow and they didn’t take your order accordingly. This happened throughout my stay.
