It was late in the afternoon and the reception clerk was apologetic, that their maintenance is no longer available. she offered us a free drink in the bar ( we refused ). at least she did what she can. much appreciated. on the positive, the staff are excellent and the property is opposite to train station.

We chose the hotel as we were touring France by train and the hotel waa right across the road from the station. Staff were excellent and helpful. Very good choice for breakfast to set us up for the day. We ate on a evening at the restaurant attached although believe it's a seperate business. Superb food so no need to leave the hotel on a wet night.

Great location across the road from the station and an east 5-10 minute walk into town. For the money a great hotel with a comfortable bed and good sized room. Staff were friendly. We ate at the restaurant as we struggled to get in anywhere in town without a booking on a Saturday night and the meal was very good. An ideal hotel if you're travelling to/from the train station and the price is good.

Great location across from the train station. Walkable area, close to the old city and attractions. Lots of restaurants around. Safe. Breakfast had lots of choices. Small guest bar in the lobby for quiet drink in the evening.

The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. They made us feel truly welcome. Very nice hotel and very comfortable rooms. The air conditioning was a little weak but the temperature outside was not hot.

Right across from the train station. Short walk to the tourist area of town. Grocery and dining options near by. Very comfortable bed! Highly recommend.

Hotel has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff, and is conveniently located with respect to the train station and the centre of Chambéry. The underground parking has a charging station for electric vehicles, which is free of charge. Only negative point: underground parking can be quite a challenge for larger cars.

Positive: Conveniently located. Very friendly staff. Fast electric vehicle charging. Negative: Underground parking spaces are partly very narrow.

Great location for me for walking and for my trips to nearby towns via train.

Noisy room but not because of the street noise. Our room doors (there were 2 doors) were vibrating every time another client from the same level was entering or going out from this room. During all the 6 nights it was impossible to sleep before midnight and after 7h-7h30 when the cleaning lady was starting her work and was opening the window from the hall.

Right opposite the train station and 5 metres from the Europcar office. Clean, safe and with a good restaurant attached.

Rooms are great but the outside of the hotel and entrance from the parking to the hotel urgently needs some paint. Breakfast way too expensive and parking places are ridiculously small for any car bigger than a Smart. Hotel close to city center and the restaurant is quite good.

Great hotel in great location. Friendly staff. Parking is a little tight but not unexpected for city centre location.
