The service was amazing. We travelled with our 10 month baby and they surprised us with a lot of amenities that made our stay a lot more pleasant. We even got a teddy bear for the baby that he continues to play with :) thanks!

Comfort is perfect and breakfast and their restaurants er totally awesome, Haerlin with 2 Michelin stars tops, but Nikkei Nine and Condi Grill are both top eateries.
Ask for anything and staff brings it minutes later.
