Liked everything about it especially the beautifully maintained grounds.

Property is very convenient and comfortable. Very laid-back vibe and convenient to most things you might need it want.

Place is quiet and nice

Very peaceful and beautiful place to stay. Shopping and restaurants near by. Room was nice except no broom to sweep, pillows were very thin, bed was uncomfortable

The property was very clean, convenient and very quiet. I stayed in an oceanfront room on the ground floor and could see the beautiful sunrise from my patio. The hotel was within walking distance to a mall and many restaurants. Peggy, at the reception was awesome and very helpful. She gave me valuable tips about places to see and car rental. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would love to go back with my family some day!

I came here for 1 night just to see how it was and I was really impressed by the beauty of Kauai and the hotel is a very nice place to stay with friendly staff . I recommend this hotel and definitely will come back for a longer stay

They were able to check us in early. Very friendly staff. Great ocean view and grounds.one night stay and 15 minutes to the airport.

Indeed a little tired, just a little less nice than the adjacent properties. But it was a great place to spend our first 2 nights in Kauai, while the family was just excited to be on vacation and expectations were moderate. :) Right on a beach, great restaurant on beach also just next door, and centrally located to see a few things before heading north or south. Nice bunch of stores, restaurants, coffee shop, etc within a walk across a parking lot. Pool is medium, but is warm, has hot tub, and stays open very late (10pm). Cons: 1) TV never worked for us, and sounds like quite a few rooms have that problem, 2) fairly small room for family of 4, 3) Roosters will wake you in morning, but that may be true everywhere. Pro tip: Just walking distance to the north is long, kind of “wilderness” beach (no property in front of it) that we really liked.

Really nice property, quiet beach front, grounds are well cared for. Rooms are decent, some have ocean view. Only downside is room for family of 3 don’t have 2 queen beds. Reception staff are very friendly, shell leis are a nice touch. Parking lot fills up by early evening.

It's an outdated property. I would say it's not a place to stay with your family for a vacation. We arrived early around 12, and got to know 3 PM is check-in (quite strange). They did not allow me for early check-in. That's okay. I told the front staff please do call me as soon as ready until then we will be around here for shopping and etc., But she never called me even after 3 PM. Secondly, as soon as we enter room it was all water on the floor. We called the reception, lady has come with towels, cleaned the floor and gave extra towels to use it if the fridge is leaking again (Seriously !!) . Opened micro oven, very strong garlic smell. Patio tables/chairs are dirty, the curtains are soaked in dirt and all the furniture & bed are ancient. The table light was not working. I’m certain you can see all that if you happen to stay here. I don’t think they have any attitude to fix all these! Coming from an excellent hotel stay in Waikiki, it's quite a shock for us after experiencing all these. And just one swimming pool and very small one. Too many people at pool can't swim or even move. My daughter even don’t want to step in by looking at the atmosphere. We left pool in few mins. We lowered our expectation and decided to avoid being in room and just come late to sleep. They charged me extra $69 for resort fee. Man it was stupid mistake I made to choose this place and ruined my family experience and expectations. Shopping and dinning options are nearby, that's only plus!
