My stay was horrendous. We checked in and went to our room, only to find that the toilet did not work and the ceiling was leaking. I went to the office to tell them about the issues, only to be met with the employees arguing about how to handle the situation. Finally, they decided to give us another room altogether. The pool was filthy, and you can tell they intentionally set the time it was open, to conflict with check in/out times, to allow as few people in as possible. The wifi was ridiculous. It's almost like they intentionally created dozens of different networks, so no one could connect to any of them. The room was filled with flies. I wish i could get a refund, or at least a partial one, but there's no way in heck these guys would ever be willing to do so. I'll never stay here again. The sad thing is that it wouldn't be that hard to make this place hospitable, but they couldn't care less.

Customer service was lacking, a pool is advertised but is NOT included and they charge for access 10$ per guest. They have extended stay guests who are loud and engage in fighting. There was a consistent POLICE presence. Poor security, plumbing and clenliness.

There was a mouse trap under the a/c, I informed the front desk, THEY SAID “we have one of those in every room. People smoking weed, hanging out, outside. I guess you get what you pay for. The bedding and the towels, dirty. Housekeeping, no English. The vent in the bathroom, falling off the ceiling, dusty and dirty. You have to pay extra to get in the pool. Overall, 2 stars.

The staff was very nice and present during the whole stay which explains the cleanliness of the hotel area. Wasn’t very noisy and no missing items, everything seemed to work as it should. Good stay for the price.

Not sure where to start. There wasn't any tissues, shampoo or hand towels in the room. There was no coffee, either in the room or in the lobby. The shower tub was VERY rusted, with no hand rails at all. People knocked on the door of the room next to me many times during the night. No chair to watch TV from, except the bed.

The pillows were paper thin, comforters had so many cigarette burns in them you could see through them, and they were more like sheets. Shower had black mold in it. Awful and not at all what the pictures show.

False advertisement there was no pool there was a sign that said coffee the guy behind the desk was rude and said he broke the coffee machine and it was just a storage room the coffee sign shouldn't have been on the floors and room was filthy my feet turned black from the floor and there was a lot of shady people and drugs and cops at that hotel and they lied about free wifi i used all my data so didn't my boyfriend and they lied about there being a pool that was one of the reasons i got the hotel.

Our " non smoking room" reaked of smoke. There were burn holes all iver the sheets and duvet. The bathroom was dirty, the curtain was broken and hanging off the window.

This property had no amenities (except for a bar of soap), the wifi didn’t work and the outside and stairways had peeling paint. It is nowhere near Choice Hotel standards.

Very busy/industrial area. Property showed age (wear and tear) but you can tell the staff kept it clean. A wide range of occupants, blue collar and white collar, various cultures.
