The side door to enter into our area was broken. Had to enter through the front door and walk all the down to our room. Bathroom sink cabinet needs to be replaced and the shower wall was separating from the wall itself. Floors were very dirty in the halls. However the pool and hot tub were nice.

Checked in about 3:15 pm, front desk clerk was nice. Put us on 2nd floor with no elevator & I'm in a walking cast. Limiyed access to building entrances, only at ends of building. Got to room smelled musty when first walked in. Bathtub has black mold on grout around it. Hair in sink, brown marks on bathroom wall, door & doorframe. Need a wristband for pool & its only open from 2 pm til 10 pm. Water is cold, too cold to swim in. Hottub looked clean but didnt try it. Bed was hard & uncomfortable. Spider web & spider in corner of room by night stand. Breakfast very limited choices. Eggs with no sausage or bacon & only biscuits and gravy for other choice. Only white bread & bagels, cereal & make your own waffles. Food was passable at best. This is not up to Wyndham standards at all.

The staff was very friendly especially Neha at the front desk as she made special arrangments for my dog. The Hotel has been remolded and is nice and clean. Breakfast was excellent. This is a good Value place to stay.

Once I entered the room, it smelled awful. 2 of the outlets didnt work. The bedside lamp didnt work leaving only the sensor light working which kept going on and off. I could not use the tv because the remote had no batteries in it with the cap missing.

VERY kind staff! Couldn't get TV to work due to too many extensions plugged into one outlet. There was maybe just a couple of outlets in the room. When you've got phones/laptops to charge it makes it very inconvenient. Fridge was VERY loud and kept "kicking in" during the night, waking us up each time. Staff was kind, price good but won't stay there again.

Photos are not of the actual hotel. They must be from the Baymont chain.As you step in the hotel, you will notice no AC throughout the lobby/hallways, only the rooms. Garbage cans throughout hotel are plastic hinge lid & there are flies swarming all around (because there is no AC & the doors are likely propped open for ventilation). No elevator only stairs, only 2 floors. It has a motel feel because the hallways have the same temperature as the outside. Bed in the room is comfortable & sheets were nice & clean but the room carpet had a sticky substance that kept sticking to the bottom of my shoe. There were stains on the sofa. Walls & ceiling were made of stucco, which gave the room a 1970s feel. Bathroom was clean but there were big 1/2 inch gaps in the tiles filled in with lots of caulk. Hotel provided Dove shampoo and conditioner in big pump bottles in the tub/shower & the water pressure was great. There was a standard minii fridge & microwave but they were plugged into a power strip that was suspended in the air because it was too far from the outlet (seemed like a fire/safety hazard). Breakfast was complimentary but there were flies swarming. We noticed there were lots of families that lived in the hotel. There are signs that state you will be charged if you remove food from the breakfast area. Overall hotel staff were super nice and the rooms were clean enpugh but the hotel needs a deep overhaul/renovation to keep it up to date/modern and liveable.

Needs a refresh and workers sitting on the beds while making them. Another worker or owner was walking around barefoot.

Worth its value. Nothing fancy. Not unsafe good location bathtub was a bit rusty looking, non smoking room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke

The hotel was very disappointing. I had reserved for 2 days but we checked out in a day. The washrooms very dirty. We didn’t use the bath tub because it was filthy. The ice machine was not working. The fridge was broken. Overall very disappointed. Not expected this from Beaumont hotels. The breakfast was gross. The person serving breakfast was rude to all guest.

We saw people doing drugs in stairway ans outside areas and we killed several roaches and no towels in pool and they had a plastic bag tied on the smoke detector in the two adjoining rooms 103aand 105a

This is the worst hotel stay I’ve had. The floor in the room was dirty, got no cleaning service, carpet on the steps was missing and it appeared like people were living there full time. Terrible experience. We will not stay at any Baymont in the future, and we question the other hotels owned by this organization!

The room had a balcony with a sliding door that couldn’t be locked , stairs were missing carpet on some rungs , no chairs in room , bathroom ceiling had stains , it is definitely not worth $200 that Expedia charged me , plus , the hotel said they were cheaper than Expedia , so why would anyone pay a third party to book when they can just book directly with the hotel

Well it was a good stay. Wasn't very thilled about price we paid for the room do to, ive stayed in same price hotels before or close too, and had nicer combinations. All and all still Wasn't that bad.

Carpet 8n hallways old and worn. Hallways smelled like mold. Our room was very run down and dirty. Bath tub was dirty . It was disguesting. We wpuld not shower there. Good thing we only spent one night. The ovetall hotel is run down. They say they serve breakfast but it was ceral and waffles. Signs everywhere not allowing you to take food to your room or you will get charged a fee. Never heard of that before. No orange juice or apple juice. Machibes where broken. Just coffee. Our refrigerator in room made a lound buzzing noise . We finally just unplugged it. The tpilet in our bathroom ran alnight. Very loudly. It was an awful room and hotel
