We only stayed once night but it was comfortable and clean.

I advise against EVER staying at the Park Inn by Radisson in SLC Midvale!!!! My sister & I both booked 2 rooms for our family of 8 to stay 2 nights for a fun weekend getaway. We have a family member that lives in SLC, and he came back with us to the hotel to visit for a while longer. The front desk host called my sister's room & demanded she pay $10.00 for him to stay even though he was only there to visit for a bit. So she paid for him to get the guy off of our backs. 2nd night we got back late & headed to my sister's room. Same front desk host once again started YELLING at my sister saying they were going to charge me more because I supposedly hadn't paid for 4 people for my room. So I looked up my reservation and went to show this very ignorant host that I had indeed paid for 4 adults for 2 nights and had the confirmation number. As I walked to the front desk, I said I heard you want to charge me more and he started YELLING at me saying yes because you haven't paid for enough people. I said yes I most certainly have & showed him my reservation information. So he took a screen shot of the info & said he'd show (them) in the morning. They never did bother us after that. So if you like to be watched for your every move when entering the front doors, to being yelled at & threatened, than this is the place for you! Also heads up they charge a HEAFTY security deposit which was more than the 2 nights stay! Not to mention the rooms were filthy! Never staying here again!

Everything was ok for the price except the breakfast. No tea and very watery coffee. And only jam for the toast.

I think the room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast area and food was decent. The television controller needs to be replaced. The buttons barely respond at all.

Excellent Hotel. The beds, sheets and pillows were soft and comfortable. The TV was a decent size, and their DirectTV was very responsive with a nice selection of channels to watch. Room was very nice looking and clean. The A.C. worked perfectly and kept a cool 68 degrees the entire stay. Will definitely stay here again.

Had no complaints whatsoever. Was even reasonably set back from the road so that, even though our window face the road, the noise level was acceptable.

Floor was dirty. Asked staff to have floor mopped and cleaned yet floor was still dirty. Not the same service you’d expect at a larger hotel chain.

Although breakfast was offered minimal selection, Oatmeal very runny, cold cereal combined multiple types together, waffle and syrup stations messy. Air conditioning unit nosier than normal. Location was convenient to access freeways and to get around Salt Lake City.

We booked this stay because it was inexpensive and near our event so we weren't expecting much. However, even though it looked to be recently renovated, it was still somehow pretty run down and had a sour smell to the room. We went and bought an air freshener.

The staff was incredibly sweet and very accomodating. The room was clean and smelled good. They had everything functioning and ready to use as far as tv and appliances. The breakfast was good. So worth staying!

I was disappointed that the pool and hot tub were not open to guest. Something should be noted on booking sites.

I was approach by multiple people using drugs in front of the location and had many looking into the windows of my vehicle. I had to leave after 20 minutes of staying because there was hair in the bed and the bathroom was disgusting.

Walls are extremely thin, sleeping at night was difficult since you could hear every word of a conversation three doors down from you in the hallway, you could hear people outside talking loudly while throwing out bottles (our window was closed the entire time), and for some reason it sounded as if the people above us were rearranging the room. When it came to breakfast there was only two cereals (off brand raisin brand and a mixed one of sugar kinds), apples, waffles, and bread. Room service was kind of weird given that they only restocked our towels but never touched the bed or anything else. What was also irritating is that we never got a king sized bed like I had payed for, there was someone else's belongings in the room (hair ties on the floor) and there was nothing on the special instructions about a $50 stay hold which would have been nice to know when it came to renting a room.

The property looks nothing like it does in the pictures. It’s a run down hotel, it is in a sketchy part of town, the lobby is dirty and smells awful. I reluctantly entered the lobby to see about checking in early. After being told to come back in a hour & seeing a broken door screen on one of the balcony rooms and overall condition of this place. I followed my intuition and chose my own safety over staying here. They refused to refund me regardless of the fact I didn’t feel safe as a female traveling solo. Had they not falsely advertised this property, this entire situation wouldn’t have occurred because there is no way I would have booked a room there knowing what I know now.

I paid a deposit, which I could only assume to be in place to incentivize cleanliness, and still found weird stains on our sheets and mattress covers, sticky spots on the floor, and PISS ON THE SEAT AND BEHIND IT AS SOON AS WE STEPPED IN THE DOOR. Also the walls are made of paper and prayers because you could hear everything outside of your hotel room, including people being far too loud at all hours of the night with no consequences. The air conditioner also made everyone in the room sick because the filters definitely haven’t been cleaned since probably a year that starts with 19. Will not be staying again.

TV didn't work, basically u couldn't change channels after you selected a channel that you didn't know the hotel had and it would stay there. Even shut off the TV to reset it said system and after turning it back on there was no signal to TV.
