Not worth the price at all… I got lured by some good reviews. - Very small dated room, - Bathroom fan super loud. - Heater makes a sound every time it works, got woken up each time during the night. - Dusty shelves. - Not smart tv with limited channels. - Low water pressure in shower. - Safe didn’t work. - Despite checking in at 2am, and asking for at least an extra hour to check-out.. answer was: you have to pay extra for that. - Night reception lady not so friendly. - Mold in shower silicone.

Very nice and clean rooms. Property is huge but still the owner and staff has managed to keep it very clean and properly organized.

Never got a receipt for my stay. I used to travel extensively for business (over 30 years) and not in all of that time have I ever paid for a hotel room and not gotten a receipt for a purchase I made. The clerk told me I had to contact "Expedia", however I booked this through Hotels.com. Not good.

Room was generally nice. Bed was a bit lumpy which was why the 3 star rating for comfort. If the bed was better it would have been a much better stay. Front desk women seemed shy and was soft spoken, which was fine but generally not what I would expect from a front desk person. If you are looking for a no frills motel it would be fine assuming maybe the beds are better in other rooms.

There were obvious stains on the linens and towels to the point you can tell they don’t clean them. Most of the lights did not work, likely to keep it too dim for you to notice how filthy it was. The floors and bathroom look like they have never been clean. Smelled horrible. Appeared incredibly unsafe. Not at all how it was pictured and was entirely false advertising. I had to leave and find another hotel. Deserves 0 stars

There were obvious stains on the linens and towels to the point you can tell they don’t clean them. Most of the lights did not work, likely to keep it too dim for you to notice how filthy it was. The floors and bathroom look like they have never been clean. Smelled horrible. Appeared incredibly unsafe. Not at all how it was pictured and was entirely false advertising. My biggest complaint was that the people in the room next to me (mine was room 222) were loud, obnoxious, and smoking endless weed all night and into the morning, right by my window. When I asked them to move down a bit, or go to the parking lot where lots of other people were smoking, they refused to, were combative and non communicative. When I threatened to go to the manager they said the manager knew them and wouldn’t do anything. I did go to the desk manager to complain, and I believe she came up to talk to them but they continued to be loud. I was concerned that they would retaliate, or do something to my car. Neither happened, but it added an element of discomfort and concern to my stay. I’m a smoker myself, so I don’t have anything against it, but I will say that the whole complex smelled like weed the whole time I was there (2 nights), with groups of people smoking in the parking lot and outside their rooms. Perhaps consider adding on the “no smoking” policy that this also includes smoking outside their rooms. My whole room smelled like weed.

Can’t be beat for convenience to the Airport Express Framingham bus (Uber from motel cost us $14 plus tip). Usual budget drawbacks: smaller room size, some outside noise from neighbors. Note: No room fridge or microwave. However, were used to paying around $100/night for an equivalent lodging. Gotta love the Boston area.

Rude staff

The room smelled like cigarettes. The bathroom sink had hairs in it. The front desk staff was very rude. I would not come here again.

It was comfortable and clean. For 1/3 tye price of every other hotel around. It was well worth it. Sure it isn't new and they have shown some upgrades, you just can't beat the price and convenience. And really, all i am lookimg for in a place to stay is comfortable and clea .
