Easy check in/out, clean, comfortable room. Neighbors either had food poisoning or prostate problems because I heard the toilet flush every 5 minutes.

The person who checked us in made sure we knew she was new.
The rooms were clean and the grounds clean... there was no room cleaning done and we had to ask for towels..
Sunday morning breakfast was sad.. they let things run out.
I did not sleep comfortably on the beds... pillows were far too soft to be supportive..
Our reason for being there was a funeral and then to not be comfortable and the breakfast be lacking... just not an experience i want to go through again.

Expedia listed this as 2.5 stars but is probably closer to 1.5 if I’m being generous. Bed linens were dirty and didn’t seem like it was changed between guests. Toiletries like body wash were running on empty. The pool has dead bugs floating in it.
Avoid it if at all possible!

Clean enough but bedding, plumbing and insidecroom and outside noise levels were sub-par. I paid 170.00 dollars for this room and expected much much better accommodations.

I was told to book the room online and then call to request a certain room. Obviously, this did not happen as promised.

We waited 30 minutes until a staff member showed up to check us in but we were told that no queen beds were available and I had made my reservation 2 months ago. The front desk staff member was the only worker on site running the business. He was the one who had to clean the room while we were in the waiting area. We waited almost 2 hours for a room.

Booked two rooms. Surpassed our expectations. Excellent staff, right cleanness, great property, good breakfast, clean A/C and easy parking. Hope we can find this property available every time that we visit Rochester.
