Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent.
What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries you would expect in the bathroom were also missing. When we went to reception about 9:30 the very kind young man on duty had to scramble to get robes for us from unoccupied rooms as they were out. We were a bit disappointed in the attention to detail but the staff did help out to fix missing items. Maybe there needs to be a quality check on rooms?
Lastly trying to put the key card in the receptacle to initiate power in the room is quite difficult in the dark, maybe have a motion light as in the closet to remedy this?
Breakfast was picked over before 11am, no rolls or fresh bread, croissants were scorched, even though it should be open until noon. Hot items were cold. This could be better
We do hope to stay again, so I hope you’ll take the feedback as constructive not merely complaining. Much about your hotel is truly excellent

The Climate Control of the room was just non existent and the hotel is a bit worn. I would even say that it isn't worth the money that we paid for it.

Nice, clean and well facilitated hotel. Great location within walking distance from the beach. Spacious room, even with four. We enjoyed the free tennis in the court outside.
The only downside was the buffet dinner, we would have preferred a simple fresh plate service/a la carte.
Besides this we had a wonderful stay. Would recommend to others and if ever on our route would return again.

At 30c weather, there is No aircondition in the room. Very very hot and difficult to sleep. Old interior with broken cabinet, toilet seat. A totally confusing parking house with very little parking space. Only positive thing: good sport facilities and swimming pools.

We stayed one night at the hotel. The service was very good - we asked for a baby cot & got it fast together with a changing table & a small gift for our baby. The hotel is a bit run down & we were placed close to the lift which was kind of noisy. The buffet (evening & breakfast) was not very good - it turned out that we both got sick from food poisoning. In general, friendly service minded staff but too expensive compared to the hotel standard.

The furniture is old & bedraggled, the swimming area reminded me of communist Czechoslovakia as a boy and the bar & main restaurant are definitely straight out of the 80s! It was all bearable and the members of staff I encountered were all lovely, but I'd not likely stay here again.

This Club Hotel is outside town on a hill. It is not far to the beach Promenade. The interior design is from the 70s. A lot of families with children in the Hotel, the above residents has a lot Seniors.

There are two hotels at that place: Meritim and Meritim clubhotel. This clubhotel is on the second or third line of the beach, found on a little mountain. Its about 5-7 min. walking from the beach.
But if you want get in by car for first time it not so easy: no one flag (indexes) on the road!!! You can see the hotel, but can`t get in by car!!! Its horrable!
It has a payment parking, small spa zone and some activity areas outside.
Breakfast is big and different, personal in restaurant is very friendly.
Rooms are comfortable, but not for 4* hotel.
Internet access is very expensive (8EUR per 1 hour).
So, if you want sleeping well and get good breakfast , its not bad choice!

On 2 occasions we had breakfast and at 12 euro per person way over the top and not worth it. Also you need to pay 5.20 euro for each day of stay a so called "Kurtax". Timmendorf is rather expensive with not a lot of choice, even so the promenade is really nice for walking apart from that not much.
