Everything was fine. I did notice a few lights out on one of your signs but otherwise it was good. One thing I was surprised about was the $50/pet charge. That is double what everyone else charges. I’m thinking that Hampton Inn is trying to discourage people with pets staying at their hotel.

Very clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly. We had no complaints at all! I love finding a hotel that feels clean and like home.

My husband had an overnight stay at a hospital nearby. I was able to get a good night sleep as going home wasn't on option because we live too far away. When he was released at 6:00 AM from that, he was able to get almost 6 hours more sleep in our room because checkout time is at noon! A win/win for both of us!

The room was really good, loved the long bathtub as i am 6 foot 5, the hotel itself was clean and comfy. The location was perfect we were close to so many locations including the convention center. My only issue is probably a personal preference and that was the beds were way too stiff for my back and hips made it hard to sleep.

You could tell it was a older hotel and had been upgraded but not in the best way
I will says your front desk older lady was a delightful and know how to treat people but also know the hotel need some love she was a great listener

I love staying at this hotel! The rooms are clean and quiet. There are plenty of options for breakfast.

Very clean hotel with wonderful bed. The breakfast had very nice choices . The mall was a little far for us to walk but only a few minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was easy to access, room is a good size and comfortable, one issue, the bathroom fan runs constantly and is very noisy, another, the bathroom needs an update with baseboards being dirty looking

This time around the elevator was working, hence better rating than 8 days ago. Staff is quite friendly….warm cookies waiting for you.

Nice location to what we needed. Not new, but decent hotel. Misty at the front desk went over and above to help me get a second night’s reservation at short notice.
