Staff was super friendly, nice location in West Sedona near trailhead

Its a little older but very well kept hotel. Staff was very nice. Only real complaint is that at 630 the laundry people started banging noises every morning. No way to sleep in.

The property falls well short of the expectation the photo’s on the website create. whoever does their website needs to come and stay at this property and be honest in their representation. The level of quality of the rooms, finishes, and furnishings is not what is depicted nor sold in their descriptions. Further, I cannot understand calling this a resort. there are no ammenities that add up to a resort level experience. Breakfast was Holiday Inn express level. The rooms were clean and the staff at the front desk is very nice, but this property has the feel of a motor inn, not a resort. I travel extensively and have for many years. It is rare for me to write a bad review, as There are always good things to say even if it is just about the location. But this place upset me because I had my wife with me and I wanted to have a nice place for her to enjoy. It didn’t work out with Sedona Real.

Great place for a fair price. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast options and close to everything. I recommend and would stay again.

We picked this hotel based on reviews and photos. We were pleasantly surprised to see that the rooms had been updated and had a hiking theme. We had a small issue with our first room and guest services quickly took care of it, and moved us to another room. The guest laundry was not available at the time we stayed as that building was under construction. We liked how close the hotel was to the different places we wanted to explore without being in the touristy areas. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Clean pleasant place to stay. Included breakfast is fine for a quick bite but after a few days you'll want to eat elsewhere. Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Lovely hotel in Sedona. The room was big and comfy and they offered a nice hot breakfast every day. They also had some different classes/experiences that came with staying there. I tried a Native American intention setting ceremony with Zlata that was so cool. Definitely recommend!

Traveled for the weekend with our 2 dogs, so comfortable and pet friendly, amazing dog park attached and they had so much fun! Would recommend and stay here again.

Property was in very good condition. Had a nice little park, which was dog friendly. Their outdoor furniture was a good quality and very clean. Rooms were comfortable, and staff was friendly. Enjoyed The location. Had a nice outdoor pool and breakfast was good.

On the style of a motor lodge. Rooms were comfortable. Pool area was usable and clean. Breakfast was simple and pleasant with a couple of hot food items. Staff was friendly.

On going remodeling created a lot of early noise and blocked off parking stalls. Outside of this the hotel is pleasant and spread out but with daily activities.

Good hotel, rooms are small and mainly basic.

All staff encountered were cheerful, friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.

Friendly staff, comfortable room.

Checkin was easy and seemless. They had a vendor come in and do a healing person. Pool was refreshing. They apologized for the construction. It was terrifically located.
