The bathroom was dirty. Looked like it wasnt cleaned in a while. The towels were gross. They looked like there were stains on them and one had a hair in it.

Room was very clean but the tub was a bit scary for seniors to get in and out of and the beds were a bit hard and the pillows were flat.

When I pulled up to the hotel it looked like a low-income apartment housing. Check in was ok, however when I got to my room the room was not cleaned at all-, I took pics of the room and went back to the front office. The person at the front desk apologized and moved me another room. The new room was a bit better. I went out for a couple hours and when I got back to my room and tried to turn on the heater and the heater did not work. I went back to the front desk and the front desk worker went to the room with me and also saw the heater was not working. He advised that they'll have maintenance come look at it the next day (no one came). I requested to have the manager contact me regarding issues to my room. Manager Alex called me, and I advised him of the issues, and he advised that they could move my room again. Communication with cleaning service and the front desk needs to improve

The room was not properly cleaned from the last tenant. There was unknown dried substances on all different parts of the room (including curtains). Stains on sheets. The bathroom was not cleaned either. We won’t be staying again.

We had three rooms for a week, when we arrived the pillows were mildewy and moldy. We complained and they changed them out. During the week our guys were waking up with bites all over them. When we told the front desk they dismissed our complaint and asked for photos. We left our stay early to go to another hotel. I emailed Soneta the mother company and the actual property. We checked in around midnight after the fair. When we got to our room it was 80° inside and smelt of smoke. When I booked I chose a non smoking room but this room absolutely had been smoked in before. The ac got to work quick and cooled down after about an hour. The shower had hair and other dirt inside. The carpet was a little sticky. The bedding was clean thankfully. For $85 I guess that’s what I should expect but I noticed 4 stars rating so I assumed it would be better.

Breakfast was a bust. Only a few cello-wrapped items, a banana and coffee. Old motel cheaply renovated. When we came in a worker hustled in to sweep up the dead crickets from the floor.

The stay was great at first.unfortunately we we’re told tht we had to check out because i didn’t pay before 10:30 when ✅ out is 11o’clock? I never gave them any problem always paid 2 to 3 days in advance ; So my credibility was valid. I stay here for 2-3 weeks with no problems. Even though house keeping didn’t clean the room every day (etc). I didn’t complain.3⭐️

Could use a little work but overall was decent and clean.price is too high for the area, pillows are too soft I had to purchase my own. For over 7,000.00 dollars for 27 nights after I booked and paid for rooms with kitchenettes and then I was told I had to be moved other rooms but they were upgraded rooms I was told. They were just basic double rooms and I wasn’t offered a discount, extra night or anything. For paying upfront for three rooms for 27 nights I feel like I should have gotten better treatment.

Bed cover didn’t smell fresh, was fraying and had a cigarette hole. Air conditioner smelled moldy. Large black crickets climbing the bedroom walls. Front desk staff was very nice.

An emergency situation post Hurricane Beryl. I needed a place for my wife, daughter and visiting elderly in-laws and their dog. This was one of a few hotels that had any availability. They had AC and working Wi-Fi and water. This place is a average physical facility with average amenities. But there isa restaurant next door, and HEB, Walmart and dining, shopping 3 minutes away.
This hotel was a godsend. It was dangerous for myself and family to remain in a home without any AC. Especially considering health conditions of several of my family.

Outer picture of hotel is not updated. Has been updated and it looks so nice. Rooms are roomy, clean and fresh. Close to downtown Brenham and other interests. Asked for ADA and got it !! Outside hotel has wonderful curb appeal.

And very very noisy guy next door going in and out at all hours. 12 am. 3 am. Just loud doors and bangs in room

Needs to be deep cleaned and the smell was horrible. Smelled like urine or dog urine. Overall comfort was not there.

I am here on domestic violence reasons and the price is great but hotel is very out dated and worn. Its pretty clean service is great but it needs a big update.
