Slept well

Check in went okay, desk staff were polite. Room was run down and dirty. Smelled like mildew/mold. There was dirt on the carpet and hair and dust on the floor of the bathroom. There were bugs crawling in and out of the drain of the jacuzzi tub. The handles, buttons and drains on the tub were caked in grime/sludge. I did not want to walk barefoot, wore sandals when getting out of the shower and stepped on a pair of dries out soft contact lenses that were not mine! I checked out early, couldn’t stand to be there. The hotel staff never gave ma a receipt or anything, just took the keys.

There was a very musty, dirty smell in our room, our air conditioner was quite noisy. And there were stains on our sheets and pillows. Also someone came knocking at our door after midnight, and then housekeeping came before 8am to see if we had checked out.

The hotel was okay. There was no coffee in our room. Only 4 Tiny little pillows for the king sized bed. Shower drain was extremely slow. Had to cut the shower short as to not get water on the floor. Then when we told the front desk staff we were asked if we put anything down the drain!!! Seriously?!?

This place has really gone downhill. We’ve stayed each of the last 5 years and unfortunately won’t be staying again. Our room had mold in the bathroom and not a little it was all over the ceiling. The fan didn’t work so the room was constantly damp. Front desk guy was nice but the property maintenance just hasn’t been kept up with

There was an issue where I was charged a 112$ charge before my stay even began which made it to where I could pay the total balance of my stay of $195. I then had to pay for the first night of the reservation for $96 on top of the $112 charge. This bringing my total payments made to super 8 over 220$ when my original cost was supposed to be $196 for two nights. Then in the second night they no longer had or honored my reservation and were trying to charge me an additional $144 for the second night. Leaving me without a room on night two for my business trip. The service I received on site was disrespectful and un caring making zero effort to understand or resolve the issues I faced I am terribly frustrated with this experience as I feel ripped off and disrespected. My reservation was not honored and I was treated miserably by the staff.

The place seemed damp and smelly upon entering the building. There was a dirty place on the mattress covering. I asked that it be changed, but was told they did not have another cover. The staff took care of us by putting us in another room, so that was good.

Our room was disgusting. We went to Walmart to buy sheets. The walls had stuff all over them along with blood stains. The room also smelled like puke. We won’t stay there again.

It was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. The only objection I had was that the hallway air conditioner was not working

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows had no support. After the first night we went and bought pillows. Alittle noisy the 2nd night but not bad. The options for breakfast were good and everything looked fresh.

Actually we didn’t end up staying at this property. Our next door people were so loud & obnoxious that we moved to another hotel. The person behind the desk was very nice & said he would move us, but I didn’t feel even comfortable enough to stay. We moved to America inn by Wyndham in Spirit Lake which was much, much better.

Painting outside when we were there. Nothing special about this place. My husband woke after the second night with several bites..itchy and painful. The screen to our window was bent like someone had tried to break in.
