Nicely renovated hotel. Nice staff, some more knowledgeable than others but that's okay. I had a two nights stay and when I asked for more towels I was asked to bring the dirty towels down to the front desk. That was a first for me.

The breakfast could use a little bit of improvement. The apple juice was watered down. A long with the waffle mix. That makes the waffles gooey when you put the syrup on it and butter.. Waffle mix be thicker with make a better waffles. You’re not allowed to take your breakfast to your room, although there are refrigerators and microwaves in the rooms.. Found that..

Customer service was not good .I bought a soda out the store in the hotel and it was flat I told the front desk she stated she couldn’t do anything about it in a rude way . Only one ice machine in the whole building

The Renovations took an already nice space and made it even better. The bed was so comfortable, the cleanliness is top rate, location is near the expressway and multiple choices for restaurants. I absolutely will be back. Didn’t try the pool, but nice to see it open finally.

This hotel is under construction currently and had a La Quinta sign even though my confirmation was under Baymont. So it was very confusing although the address was the same so I had to go in and ask, is this the right hotel? Would have been nice to have signage.

The property was under construction. It was just dirty everywhere. There was no pool, no breakfast and loud construction. Pretty much nothing was available. If I would have known before booking, I would have stayed elsewhere. There were also a bunch of ants in my room.

Once we figured out that the hotel was actually opened and we got inside the stay was fine. The only side was clean out room was clean.
I did not like that the flip lock was broken as a female staying with my daughter. Picture attached.
Also your website says check out is 12p and they were very adamant that it was 11am.
I wish I had taken a picture of the outside it is completely under construction so there is nothing indicating what the name of the hotel is. The only way I found out it was the correct one and that it was open was that I talked to the person at the desk of the Best Western next door.

One thing we did not like was that the pool was under construction. We specifically booked this hotel for that and getting notified that it was under construction was very disappointing. This should have been reflected on the website.

We booked our stay thinking that we could enjoy our down time in the pool, come to find out the pool has not been operational in over a year. We woke up to construction going on directly above our room at 7:30 in the morning on a Saturday that was so loud it shook our room. To escape the earthquake, we decided to grab a bite at the "continental breakfast" that was available from 6-9. Turns out that it was a to-go continental breakfast of cold prepackaged bakery items, a granola bar, and orange juice. On top of all this, we didn't feel comfortable even having our blinds open because the construction workers had a latter right next to our window and could easily see into our room.
Had I known what I know now, I would have booked a different hotel or just one night if nothing else was available.

Wasn’t told there was construction and was woken up to the construction. The pool wasnt in service and the staff seemed to not know what to do. There were ants in the room. Overall would not stay here again.
