It was very nice my room had a unpleasant smell so I told the young lady at the desk and I was immediately move to the executive suite nice customer service

Customer service at the desk was great. I stayed on the third floor. The hall smelled like urine really bad. The elevator seemed like it was about to die. I loved the small gym.

Room was clean and bed comfortable. Hair dryer didn’t work. No one at front desk for check in or check out. Had to wait about 5 minutes for someone to show up at desk for check in.

(from WEBSITE PHOTOS) WITH MISREPRESENTATION---WORST EVER! I have traveled around the world, and this location
is BY FAR UNACCEPTABLE!

Kept loosing power. Carpet in room was wet and smelled. Linen smelled bad. Pool was not open during posted hours.

It is a very passable property. It's not the best and it is not the worst. The room is clean, and the air conditioner works perfectly (a big bonus in Texas). I will say the water gets very hot and there is excellent water pressure so that is amazing. I would stay again if it was for work as it is now, however if it was a family trip or vacation I would likely not stay here.
