The hotel was great and breakfast was as well. Our suite was good, soundproof and the view from the room was good as well. However, none of the staff members ever told us of the services in the hotel and most of all the executive lounge that was included in our room fee. If that is included, why on earth you don't tell about it to residents! Also, no guidance to othe services or how to find spa or the breakfast during our stay. We had to figure this out ourselves. I cannot believe that is about language barrier, but bad service attitude.

My favourite hotel when staying in Tallinn. Perfect location, nice big rooms, beautiful views, good breakfast, lovely spa. I would probably consider to have for few hours in the evenings for adults only for example, as it may get quite noisy and not relaxing having many children in this small and otherwise comfy spa.

Short stop over night traveling home.
Hotel was amazing, clean facility, friendly staff. We loved the room, very comfortable, great shower! Room had view of the old city area. Would definitely return.

Love this hotel ! Great rooms, killer breakfast and a peaceful location just outside the Tallinn city center.
The casino behind the wall at the lobby is the best place in Tallinn to have a nice drink or cocktail. Very relaxed. Their mini-pizzas are great as well for a night snack.

Great Hotel at just outside the city center. Very walkable around the newer parts of Tallinn. Clean and nice hotel with a relaxing spa. Highly recommended.

For this category of hotel and for this price there was NO even one bottle of water complimentary in room. Nothing even toothpaste.
I payed additional 20 € for breakfast, finally small choice of products and even worse in poor quality as: Salmon, ham, vegetables, yogurt everything with low quality.
After this breakfast I had stomach problems for two days.
Totally disappointed.
Never come back again Definitely.

Nice room, superb service, panoramic wiew from room, stylish interior etc. Al the staff was wery helpfull. Cleaning was excellent. Excellent.
The only minor drawback was some of the clientele drawn to the poker tournament. And their poor dresscode.
And an advice, do not order club sandwich from the bar menu, the chicken was dry and the knife had a to hard time cutting through.
The breakfast buffet was great.
