As of the day we arrived this motel no longer had any amenities. No coffee in the rooms or in the lobby, no breakfast. just a well used room. The young man at the desk checking us in was very nice but the manager was rather surly when we decided we did not want to stay.

I wouldn’t call coffee/hot chocolate & oatmeal or muffin breakfast. Didn’t feel safe at all with no working FIRE ALARM. Won’t be staying there again .

Nice hotel for a short stay

Room was spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The room smelled bad and there was hair under the sheets.

Got to hotel lobby and no one behind front desk. Saw a sign turned sideways saying they were helping another guest and back soon. After 10 minutes I called the number on the sign and the phone rang behind the front desk. No one came. A few minutes later I called it again and then saw a door open in the hallway and saw several people just sitting in there. An unfriendly woman came out and when I expressed inpatience after traveling all day and the standing their waiting she said,”we were having a meeting”. I saw people just sitting there snacking on some food. They knew I was there and ignored m before finally coming out. Completely unacceptable. It was supposed to be an “extended stay” room with pots, pans , dishes , glasses etc. Nothing. Two little flimsy plastic glasses was all there was in the room. The bed looked like a roll away. The place is a “dump” and would NEVER stay here again. Had reservations to come here next week and cancelled them.

Got a first floor room. It was nice and quiet . Was m clean. Guy at the front desk was super nice !

Hotel had a terrible smell. "Queen" beds were more like full size beds. Grab and go breakfast was ok on the first day but on the 2nd day there wasn't anything to grab. On the plus side staff was friendly.

Very nice stay at this property. Room was VERY clean. Parking was good..check in was verybeasy and the the young lady at the front desk was super friendly! About the only bad thing i can say is that the pillows are horrible..lol. Overall tho I would definitely stay there again

A bug crawled across my husband’s pillow and two other pillow cases were dirty. One with makeup and a long hair, the other was yellow. Seems to be a place for construction workers and their paid dates. Nasty!

A convenient location if you seek to view the Dublin area and it is quiet enough to where you can sleep well!

AT Check in i took 10min + before someone came out of office to assist. Got to room and there was no toilet seat. I had my service dog with me and the next morning as we were leaving the hotel the cleaning crew stared yelling at me because my dog was not on a lean, which she yelled out stating this is policy. If the policy is not posted on the web site or anywhere at the hotel, how am I to know a lead was required. I have been walking my dog in and out of the hotel and nobody at the front desk ever stated this requirement to me. AS I take my dog about to the designated area for my dog to relieve herself, there are always people smoking at the entry doors in which I need to walk through the smoke. The staff is not managing the post no smoking within 100' of door. This was a very bad hotel to stay at and will not reserve a room again at the hotel brand.

Very Disappointing! Usually like extended stay hotels, I was in Columbus the week before but at a different location and it was good. So I booked again this past weekend for work… i walk up and a young lady is standing outside arguing w/ whoever she was on the phone with, just so happen it was the front desk staff, had to wait till she got off the phone to get waited on after I just worked 10hrs smh…. I get to the room and put my food on the kitchenette counter and before I can get in the shower ants are all on the counter head for my food that was in a bag. Tried calling the front desk, room phone didn’t work, so I looked up the number and called on my phone, which I got the main office and they advised my to call back and press 4 for the hotel front desk, so I did… spoke to a different young that checked me in and she was nice, I told her about the issue, she said she’ll call back and get someone to come up(mind you I told her the room phone wasn’t working), anyway but no one came to check. I was super exhausted, I chalked it up and I put my food in the fridge and got settled to go to sleep due I had to be back at work at 7am… I didn’t even chance getting under the covers to sleep, slept on top of the blankets with clothes on. Smh

ESA is close to groceries and walking distance to some delis and parks. It was quiet in the room.
