Shower had a high squealing noise. The drain was clogged and drained water super slow. The room felt like it needed updating. I've definitely stayed in better rooms for less money a night.

We have no complaints. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperature. The staff friendly and helpful. Our small dog had a grassy area to walk. Outdoor grills if you want to cook your own food. Breakfast was delicious. Waffles, eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, yogurt,boiled eggs, toast,peanut butter, english muffins, cereal, poppyseed muffins, etc. 24/7 coffee. We plan a return trip and do hope we find a room available. The bike trails were very close, one parking area 4 minutes away.

Substandard accommodations, not at all in harmony with the compensation the property asks. Expedia keeps rejecting my valid review, so I can’t say the truth. It’s not a good property for many reasons.

We had 5 rooms reserved, at check in we looked at the first room and it had black mold on the lamp shade and smelled musty. One of the others rooms also had mold on the lamp shade and smelled damp and musty. for the third room we only opened the door and we smelled another unpleasant odor. needless to say we did not stay here and will be fighting to get our money back. Also the pool had Many plants around it and looked like a jungle.

Well, I should have heeded the reviews of how terrible this hotel was. I thought, certainly in Wisconsin—- it’s always clean and well maintained. I’ve been travelling to this city for 54 years. I was mortified to take my mom to such a DUMP. Spider webs on the lamps—-bedside ones, crumbs and rice in the dresser drawers. The phones have never been wiped down. The carpet was damp. The bed was ok. Checked mattresses. And no bedbugs or stains. Smelled like stale smoke, front desk employees always outside the front door smoking. Outside entrance at side was open. Swimming and hot tub area, the floor was littered with dead bugs and not picked up. Didn’t bother with the breakfast because I couldn’t imagine eating there. Tv had no menu and not many channels. The whole place was sooo bad that we left a day early back to Illinois. Oh! The bath was disgusting and slippery. I had to help get my 91 year old mom out of tub because the grab bar was loose and ready to fall out. That’s when I noticed the black mold around the tub. My husband laughed at me when I told him about the experience and asked me what did I expect from a Super 8??? Well, NOT this!!!! I tried to tell the young man at the front desk and he just smiled and shrugged. Probably the owners nephew, who couldn’t care less except to get back outside to smoke. No refund for day we left.

Was decent for the price. Could use a few updates, but seems slightly updated from last year, so maybe they are doing a little at a time.

you can see the filth in the pool and hot tub. Room was so hot when I checked in, it took 4 hours for the AC to cool it down.

Long checkin. Went to room and found stains on carpet, stain on sheet. Garbage in windowsill and shower drain was plugged and there was standing water in it. Smell of mustiness. Nooo go!
