Hotel was clean and updated. The woman at the front desk was excellent and was able to get us checked in early as we were coming from another hotel. Conveniently located. Rooms were comfortable and in very nice condition. Breakfast was adequate and offered various options within the limited space available.

Big complaint is the bed. It was old and lumpy, if you did not lay in the "trough" or valley then you would roll into it. The shower had mold in a corner but mostly clean. Breakfast was good, room clean.

My family and I had a wonderful time while staying here. We did walk to dinner and to the pier to take in the nice views from the pier and to see what all the fishermen were catching. Our room was excellent in all ways. Nice and cool and very clean. I know rooms are currently being remodeled and our room was perfect. This hotel is conveniently situated next to the beach and is close proximity to several places. The only complaint or concern is that the air conditioner in room is a bit too loud. I usually sleep with earplugs and I could hear air conditioner all night running. When the actual compressor would kick off because room had reached set temperature the fan would continue to run loudly. This woke me up several times and my wife had a lot of trouble trying to sleep. Other than that it was clean up to date and had a great breakfast before check out. Thank you to the girl at front desk at time of check in for all the help and ease of checking in and to all staff who make the place presentable. We will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

The hotel was being renovated but didn't interfere with our stay. The hotel is clean and the breakfast was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Small pool.

Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms recently remodeled and upgraded. Absolutely awesome view of the ocean and sunrise's.

The staff was nice but the hotel was old and very small l. Lobby was full with just a handful of people in it and this is where they serve breakfast. The pool was very small as well. The pictures of the property were very misleading. Location was nice though but on the way out we saw a few roaches in the room.

This is a nice small boutique hotel with three stories. I had an oceanfront room with a balcony on the top floor and it was perfectly clean and nice. Came with a good-sized refrigerator/freezer and coffeemaker with supplies. There is a public boardwalk between the hotel and the beach with a very convenient walkway over the dunes to the beach. Love that they're saving the dunes and all the lighting is kept dim so the sea turtles can find their way to the ocean when they hatch out and you can see stars! Be aware, though, that there were a few homeless people in the area, probably because there are public outdoor showers and they're just beach bumming, but I felt perfectly safe. All the doors into the building are accessible only with your room key except for the front desk, which is manned. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area or passing through. The only downside, really, is that the pool is by the street instead of oceanside, but no big deal. Cheap rental of nice beach chairs & umbrellas too. Only $15 for the whole day or $5 per hour.
