Our room was awesome

My family and I always stay here when we're in town for some racing. Its clean, they allow our family dog to come along, and they allow us to park our trailor in front away feom other cars, and the customer service has always been great. Although this last check in was a little weird with one gentlemen checking us in. He looked like he was going to fall asleep! Another man took over and was great. Definitely will be back!

The staff was very patient and accomdating with lasr minute requests. All was well until manager interference and almosr appeared to complainthat pur requests posed more waork for the staff and other guests. The staff stepped up and resolved the matter. Suggest management allow their staff to interact with guests and commend them for their professionalism. Kudos to the all the staff, front desk, breakfast, and house keeping!!

Loud lobby/breakfast setup could be heard from the room. Hotel placed a $100 incidental hold, found that to be interesting as I’ve stay in far higher end hotels and have had holds far less. Room had a smell, it worked for our needs but I would go elsewhere if staying in Pueblo again.

Great stay for the price. A/C worked well, fridge was cold, beds were clean and comfy, and the curtains blocked sun so we could sleep past dawn. However, I'm still waiting for some of the incidental fee to be returned because they thought we had a dog when we did not.

Asked for towels repeatedly never got them tell 5 minutes before i left. Had to dry with a hand towel.

The good, the staff was great and friendly. Check in was easy directions to amenities were clear and not too complicated. Breakfast was good but very small area so be patient. The room was sufficiently spaced and furniture fit the room. AC was old and only worked on low speed but eventually got the temperature right and had no trouble maintaining it. The bad; The property was clearly refinished and done relatively well, but it’s like they didn’t feel like finishing the job. Old removed equipment still had all the holes in the walls/doors as if it was done yesterday. Patches to the shower were done to seal it so you have very clean white surfaces in spots and old dirty looking original elsewhere. Hooks, handles, other wall fixtures were done poorly and so crooked that you could not use some items. The finish work was just not done. If they could get someone to just do the finish work this place would be top notch all around. The surrounding area, thankfully this place is tucked back behind the main street because it looks rough, The hotels all around are falling apart and some might need to be demolished. Don’t let that scare you though, this hotel and property are clearly maintained, even if not finished out.

Pool is easy, clean, and safe which made it excellent with a young kid on a long drive. Breakfast was also a big help on our trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Nice property. Staff was nice, on the older side but clean property. Only thing is the sofa bed felt like it was going to break. Felt like laying on a sheet of wood to be honest.

This is a top notch staff. General Manager and night audit are what every guest hopes to encounter!
