Although there was a bit of a mixup on the billing for the two rooms, it was fixed and I am pleased with our stay. The elevator was quick and quiet and the rooms were so comfortable.

Fun hotel! Loved the decor. We stayed for a nearby cattle auction in Sumter County. The Wolfgang Puck restaurant was fabulous and rooms had wonderful cow themed decor.

Stayed with my daughter who is living in the US. Nice little break for us two!! We got lucky and had a pool day on the Saturday. Sunday was miserable. She had a spa treatment, which was lovely. Second stay and most enjoyable!!

We loved our stay at The Brownwood Hotel & Spa. Nice size rooms that were very well maintained. Nice lobby area with last minute items you forgot to pack can be purchased along with beverages and snacks. They offer a nice breakfast sandwich also. Bar area and Wolf Gang Puck offer great food and beverages. We heard about the food truck but never made it to it. We were at the hotel before and after Helene hit. Enough can be said on how wonderful the staff were during this crisis and in general. We highly recommend Brownwood Hotel & Spa. You will definitely enjoy your stay!

The hotel is absolutely wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the live music at the bar.

Had the most amazing time only things that turned me off was when i went to extend my check out to 2 pm the receptionist had a bit of an attitude and getting a sense of urgency by rudely saying let me check the room for available when the hotel had like 90% occupancy so that was a joke, why leave a paper in the room with all the amenities listed just to get an attitude from a staff member otherwise great breakfast great facilities clean and decorated gorgeously

The Hotel is beautiful and clean. The amenities were nice. Staff was amazing.
The bed linens and towels were nice. The bed itself was so uncomfortable. Low quality and bumpy. I stayed 2 nights. Im glad it was a short stay
My back could not have taken a 3rd night. Such a nice hotel. I expected a comfortable bed. I wouldnt stay here again because I found the bed so uncomfortable.

It was very nice and clean, the staff was all friendly and spoke when we went in or out, and the property was very nice with a pool, a Wolfgang Puck restaurant, a spa, and a happy hour. It was fun to stay in a cowpoke-themed hotel, and it was very well done with attractive lighting, flooring, wallpaper, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. There was a mini-fridge in the room. My only complaint is that there was no microwave so it took a while to heat enough water for my tea in the little coffee maker (the first round came out like weak coffee), and no popcorn, etc. Housekeeping does not come every day, which was no problem for us as we'd rather not have them in the room anyway. I would stay here again.

Staff not interested at check-in. Room lighting is ridiculously dim - couldn’t read in bed and see properly in bathroom! Bar noisy and service slow. Not a nice experience.

This hotel has a western theme as evidenced by the decor. The rooms were comfortable and clane and the bath had a walkin shower. Hotel common areas and the pool are spacious and very nice. Would stay here again.
