The Front desk clerk was absolutely the best. Both of them were extremely helpful & friendly over the weekend.
They deserve a pay raise.

Very poor quality internet: around 1 MBS down (really one, as measured using speedtest.com!)... the rooms weren't cleaned, when asking the front desk was rude... the bathroom had rusty fixtures and the toilet paper holder fell off... overall badly run down hotel...

This was a great hotel! Very clean and everyone there was friendly and helpful. The location was great as well. We would definitely stay again.

This was my first trip with my Service Dog. This was the only night on our 10 night trip that treated me rudely and refused to allow me to grab breakfast with my Service Dog in a Sling on my body. Later as I left at check out the manager apologized and said I was allowed to have Service Dog with me and she was sorry. I was treated by staff as a criminal. Other guests would have brought legal action for the unfair treatment. Sad.

This was the worst hotel! Heavy, heavy fragrance coming out of A/C. We took the top off of the A/C to try to clean it because hotel said they don’t use fragrance. So DIRTY, from elevators to room.
Expedia should remove this property from the list.

Just what you would expect fron Hilton brand. Rooms very clean, king size was outstanding. They are very polite and professional. Hanna, one of the managers was outstanding helping me out with my scheduling.

There were people loitering in the parking lot at all hours of the night. There was very limited parking and we could hear EVERYTHING.
