The hotel room was as specified but when my wife was getting ready for bed she noticed this critter on her pillow.
Bed Bugs
Middle of the night her and her companion, a 74 year old woman, was led to a different room that luckily was bug free, however the issue prevented them from going to be that night. They stay the second night in the new room but when asked about the issue the staff said that any complaints had to be made through Hotels because we booked through 3rd party.
I called Hotels and went through the process on their end: This location stated that they will not issue a refund or a discount because there is no record of a complaint and even so moving my wife in the middle of the night after a long trip is compensation enough.
If my wife didn't make a complaint because of the unfitness of the room why did your night staff move her to a different room, and was taking pictures of the bedbugs in the room while they were moving luggage out of the room.
We had used this location previously many times because it is close to hospitals and Doctor's offices but never again. The bed bugs were one thing, but covering up a complaint is something else.

Our stay was amazing. The beds were comfy and the room was a good size. I had my dogs with me so the dog park out back was a plus!

One of the best hotels in Oklahoma City.
The front desk agent Mr. Chauncey was so friendly, kind and make us feel welcome! He is a 5 star staff.

The general facility was dirty, with minimal maintenance. The rooms were ok but the toilet flushing was super load.

Overall good stay. Our only issue was that the beds and pillows were worn (pillows flat, mattress slightly sunken). Clean and quiet though.

Hotel was pretty rundown. Wifi constantly goes out and defintely have a couple of 'pest' issues. You get what you pay for with this one.

Staff was very nice. They have a big area for pets. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Seemed to have neighbors that were smoking in room, but other than that nice place and good price.

My kids and I had a great experience. All the hotel clerks were great (Chauncy and Essie). Everything was clean and Essie went above and beyond to make our experience a better one. Thank you for making it such a positive experience and stay. We will definitely be back to visit!
