The motel was clean and well maintained. A little strange to have shampoo and conditioner in the shower but the shower gel was mounted on the opposite wall to the shower with the toilet and sink in between. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Rooms and building were clean, parking easy, quiet.
Close ( but would want to have a car) to amenities, restaurants. Our room with two queen
beds was just right for us for a two night stay. Staff was pleasant, as was the location. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Very near Walmart.

Hotel and rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. My room smelled like smoke and made me wake up in the middle of the night with a migraine.

My room was very dirty and my ac quit working a couple hours after i got there and they were unable to do anything about it and it was 90 inside was very uncomfortable im very unhappy especially when i payed half a weeks salary for one night the owner has not contacted me like i asked i will post pictures soon if he doesn't

Overall stay was great. Had what we needed and conveniently located to stores and the fairgrounds. Only issues were that the room had a weird smell to it and the TV didn’t really work the way it was suppose to. Not really a big deal though. Staff was nice. Very friendly and helpful with food suggestions.

For a non-smoking room, we opened the door and were greeted with the odor of many cigarettes. The staff promptly came and sprayed the carpets, upholstery and curtains. For a person who has had 2 open heart surgeries, second hand smoke is a no-no, and I am very sensitive to it. Staff were accommodating. Nice continental breakfast. The evening we arrived, we were entertained by rats running back and forth outside the window however. I did speak to the manager, and he apologized

I was unaware there was no elevator when I made my reservation. Overall, the hotel met our needs and was acceptable. If I’m being picky, cleanliness could have been better. However, for the price, it was fine.

My friend and I made a last minute booking and would chose to never use Travelocity again! We arrived after midnight on the 4th of July 2024 and the receptionist couldn’t find confirmation of our room. We were forced to wait in the lobby for over a half hour for them to call Travelocity support. My travel companion and I were exhausted and just wanted to sleep in the room we already paid for!

During check-in, I didn't realize that they had booked me for two nights instead of the one that I had booked. When I was checking out, the staff informed me that I was booked for two nights and that there was nothing he could do. This is the first hotel that never asks how many nights a guest is staying at check-in. They repeat we assume guest know how long they're staying, so we don't ask.
