Excellent on all levels..just would recommend the cards on doors are fixed so guest can have easy and quick access. Everyone was lovely and friendly, nice and quiet and clean.

Staff-rooms-location and dining- excellent

We held Industry event there and bar closed at 9pm,too early. Everyone moved on to somewhere else.

Stayed at both the Best Western and the Karratha International during this trip and the Best Western was better by far and cheaper as well. The amenities in the rooms of the Karratha international were limited. Had to move the bed to get to a power socket close to the bed, didn't have terrestrial channels available on the television (just samsung internet-based channels), they didnt run the pool filter constantly, so the surface was covered in small flies and there was plenty of leaf detritus at the bottom of the pool. The pool was cold (quite a feat in Karratha) and the deck and terrace, which should have been a shady haven to chill in was ruined by a combination of non-stop 1950's, 1960's and 1970's italian music that was played at a volume perfectly designed to be impossible to ignore.

There is no hot water and I can't have a shower, I won't be back

Enjoyed staying here. Room was modern and clean, decent sized TV and a big bed. Internet access was fast and didnt drop out during my stay. As with all Australian hotels, not enough electrical sockets and the ones that are there and free, are never by the bed! Was also walking distance to main attractions Karratha has to offer.

Great stay. It was very clear that the owners have invested heavily in the remodelling the hotel as it is a big difference from my last stay a year ago. I am glad I gave them another chance as I will continue to go back now. The only negative is the breakfast choice was very average.

Expensive, but the staff are nice and has a full bar with good food. Sadly the place looks like it is in a warzone.
