Enjoyed our 2 night stay at Marsden's. Spacious room, very clean & comfortable. Good shower, plenty hot water.
Coffee, tea provided in the room.
Our meal at Marsden's restaurant was excellent. Friendly, helpful staff ensured our visit was comfortable.
Good access to buses which we used to & from Stirling.
Nice quiet location close to motorway.

Hotels.com had bit transferred my payment to the hotel so initially we were not allowed to access our room. Thanks to very helpful manager Matt we who sorted the muddle we were able to get to our room. All fine in the room and friendly welcome.

My boys rated this place 5/5. It was a convenient family stay: clean, easy and good breakfast. I like when the places don't pretend to be fancier than they really are.

The highland gate was ok. The reception and the resteraunt was what all the pictures was about. I cozy inn with bar and comfort. But the rooms was in another building, and was, what it seems like, an old nursering home. Even the help buttons and the pull cord was still in the room.
This was a bit disapointing

Nice and modern but there was a leak in the bathroom. Facilities were good. Service at the adjoined bar and restaurant were awesome and really engaging, probably the highlight of the stay. Would definitely stay again.

This is a good basic chain of hotels with everyting you need. It's not luxurious, but it is clean, the beds are good and they always have a pub next door for meals.

Nice hotel, essy to find. Short drive to Castle and downtown. Great pub closeby for drinks or breakfast / dinner. Would stay here again.

For 1 night business trip suited perfectly. Room quality fine for budget but have had better. Food in the pub was standard, done the job but not amazing. Staff gave friendly welcome. Overall good value

Other than the television unexpectedly awakening us at 4am in the morning with the spice girls on each morning we were happy with the standard and comfort of the accommodation.
