Ac didn’t work, room still had trash in it when we checked in. Bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were worn and wouldn’t stay on the bed. There was a stained towel, didn’t think anything of it just didn’t use it but then was charged for it. I will never stay here again

Heads up, you will not be able to bring the breakfast to your room without a charge. Otherwise, it was a REALLY nice room and I think myself and my spouse may have gotten upgraded, based off of the room layout. Good experience overall!

The room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and welcoming. They had some dining options near by which was nice. The stay was ideal for people who want near city limit access without having to deal with traffic. Would stay again

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention. 1. **Food Safety Concerns**: - The breakfast served during my stay was unacceptable. I encountered expired and fungus-infested food items. As a guest, I expect basic hygiene and proper food handling practices. This situation not only ruined my meal but also raised serious health concerns. - I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take immediate corrective actions. Food safety should be a top priority for any establishment. 2. **Unsafe Bed Frames**: - The condition of the beds in my room was appalling. The broken bed frames were not only uncomfortable but also posed safety risks. Rusty frames hanging out could have caused injuries to me or my family. - I felt unsafe throughout the night, worrying about potential accidents due to the bed frames. 3. **Overcharging on My Credit Card**: - To add insult to injury, I noticed an overcharge on my credit card statement related to my stay. This discrepancy is unacceptable, and I demand an explanation and a prompt refund. - I expect transparency and honesty in all financial transactions.

When walking in ,we weren't greeted at all, the suite that we had smelled like animal urine in the living area, the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke and there was black mold in the ceiling of the bathroom also. And sheets should be in the room for the sofa bed ,not us having to go back to the desk to wait not be acknowledged , to ask for them and wait some more.....

Been to this hotel before about 5yrs ago. It was nice so decided on coming again and it wasn't so great this time. We checked in around 8pm and decided to take a swim since pool closed at 12am. There was random men coming and going by the pool side door. There was 3 in my family and only 2 bath towels in the room. When we ask the cleaning ladies for towels to go to pool they seemed bothered by it. Pool was not kept very clean. It was cloudy and saw an empty liquor bottle on floor. This was not at all like the first time we went. The only thing we love about this stay was the free breakfast was great

Had a one night stay here overall very disappointed. When I first arrived there was a sign saying helping another guest on the front counter. Which is all good but took quite a while I waited for about 5-10 mins before walking outside and coming back about 10 mins later. Hall way to the room on the first floor was very hot and had a horrible fish smell. Walked into the room which had a lil living area/kitchenette and the carpet was just horrible, dirt everywhere and stains everywhere. Bedroom area was decently clean and ac was running upon arrival which helped a lot with the hall way smell.

Only positive was it was $100 and I only had to stay one night. I would not have stayed longer. Furniture weirdly moved away from walls when we entered. Toilet handle broken, I tried to fix it but it needed replacement parts. I got it working enough to use it. Had to flush up to 4 times just to get the toilet to actually flush (would fill with water but wouldn't actually drain, even with no toilet paper). A room that sleeps six only came with one towel. I got a text to reply to if I needed anything. I requested more towels. Got a response a few minutes later apologizing that no one had responded to me, but that someone would get back to me. Never got a response. Dead bug in the fridge. Bathroom and shower visibly dirty. Left me feeling ick in the whole room. Property needs significant rennovations. I stayed based on the recent reviews that rated this hotel really well despite the 3 star status. They either lied or somehow stayed at a different hotel than I did. The staff were all nice though, I did get my towels when I went down to the front desk a few hours later. Check in and out was all fine. Not the staff's fault that the room was not up to standard. Also the night we stayed there was a large family reunion type event in the dining room and they smelled heavily of weed. Again, not the staff's fault, just not an ideal environment for a family vacation stay.

Easy check in and front desk gentleman was polite and helpful. Room was good, bed was a bit squeaky with the springs when you moved around, my toilet seat was sealed to show sterilized which was great, but the toilet seat wasn’t securely placed on the bowl. Overall good for a one night stay.

Room was dirty, don’t think the floors have been swept at all. Handle In shower did not work. Shower still has hairs from the previous guests. Light by vanity did not work. Plugs on headboard did not work. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It sank in the middle. Breakfast was ok. We only stayed one night. I thought for the price and 3. Stars it would have been a bit better but it was not.

Over charged my card $165 and denied the charges and refused to refund and i was over drawn at that point and could not stay my next 2 days

I liked the service

Got charged twice for the room. People with no handicapped platted used the spot for disabled. Accesible room with no toilet, sofa filthy. Lots of people gathering and drinking outside the lobby.

I booked a room online with 2 beds 2 queens. Once I arrived to the property they give a different room with one bed and bad smell also I claimed the guy front desk he gave me a different room

Disgusting rooms, dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been in, stains all over room looked like blood stains, expected a lot more from a radisson brand hotel.
