I was disappointed. I have stayed at a lot of rooms in the same price range and this was, sub-par. There was a lot of noise. The rooms weren’t clean. There was visible wear. It needs a facelift and soundproofing.

Easy check in, hot breakfast was very good. Kitchette in the room. No ice cream in snack shop, but overall was a great stay.

Fabulous room! Clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great and I loved the sauna. We were very satisfied with our stay. They DO NOT have an electric car charger (as it stated on hotels.com that they do). Hotels.com reached out to the hotel to correct this.

The staff was extremely nice. My children had a ball. The room was nice but we had ants in the dining area & one of the bedrooms. The floors weren’t clean at all just vacuumed. Overall the stay was nice. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The boys really enjoyed the basketball hoop on the outside.

Hotel is in a convenient spot. Safe. Some rooms have two bedrooms, living room and a kitchen. Very nice. But, i will say that this hotel can be MUCH better. Toilets and bathrooms are not properly cleaned. Showers dont drain. There is free coffee, but no free water in lobby. Front desk or staff does not know basic stuff like how to reprogram tv remotes. The “gym” is a CRAMPED space which has no room to move or work out for people. Treadmills are old and displays do not work, and it has NO machines for weightlifting. Breakfast is free; usual fare, bagels, muffins, oats, toast, peanut butter, jams. Tea. They did put out tortillas, salsa, and guac a few times, so that was nice. Their bar/restaurant was closed. So NO evening night caps. Hotel could be better. But for now, it’s a budget friendly stay in a convenient part of town if you need to be in Schaumburg or if youre lookin to stay away from the higher rates in or near the city in case youre in town for a Cubs baseball game or some other event in Chicago.

It is over all ok. Bt in the room beds are not at all comfortable for 4 ppl. For 2 ppl it is good. In the bathroom there is no exhaust and it is so inconvenient. Except these two we enjoyed the hotel and recommend too anyone.

Hi just had one issue for both nights is that there is no light in the night time I believe there electric panel got shunt down I called reception and they fix it for 1st time but for second time I didn’t call I thought it’s not gonna fix Rest was good

Water pressure and temp in shower is excellent. Loved having an oven and stovetop and 2-bedroom suite. The refrigerator made loud noises that woke us up at night and the toilet also kept running. The hallway carpets on the 1st floor are badly stained and look gross. They need to be properly cleaned or replaced. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were ok and the coffee was decent.
