Really enjoyed this little boutique style hotel. It did feel a bit like an upmarket motel. The mattress was extremely soft and the walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on in the next rooms. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was delicious. It has nice hot tub and is in a good location.

Loved the added extra of the e-bikes, we really enjoyed them. Staff were really friendly and I would highly recommend.

Nice overall accommodation. Good size room. Breakfast was simple but good. Queen bed sank in the center, very uncomfortable and so bad for our backs. We were there for a wedding and no where to hang long gown, suit and shirt. The three gold coat hangers on the wall, looked good, but not practical. No bench space or drawers in bathroom.

Three nights stay. Nice first impression, nice public area/bar that doubles as reception. Large room with king bed. Noted no cupboard, so nowhere to hang clothes. So if staying for a few days and like to unpack you are out of luck.
The shower is very good, and the bed very comfortable. Aircon works. It is 20-mins walk to town. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent, on the 2nd day my bath mat and hand towels were taken but not replaced. Other disposables not refreshed. Cold wet bathroom floor for 24-hours.
The included continental breakfast is ok, if a bit bread heavy. Some cereal and fresh juice would be a simple addition to make it very good. The attached restaurant is up-market, very nice but pricy. There is a sports club across the road if you want a cheaper eats.
In all a comfortable stay and would stay again.

Ultimately it’s an old motel that’s been done up. It’s nice but not amazing. The bathrooms need desperate attention, the aircon is soo noisy and there is no where to sit or hang more than a few clothes. Check in and out very easy but try to find someone to talk to and it’s impossible. Restaurant food and service was excellent.

We stayed at Kyah hotel for 2 nights. Check in and check out was super easy with keyless entry. Staff were lovely and available for questions if you needed them. The hotel looked great. I loved the decor. The onsite chickens were cute. We didn't use the basketball court, hot tub or bikes during our stay but we will next time as they looked great. The staff were all fantastic. The lodgings were great. Our tv was a bit dodgy but that's ok. Only one very small complaint; the room lighting was very very subtle so you can't read in your room. Nevertheless, I really loved this place and really recommend it.

Loved my stay! It’s such a unique, boutique hotel. We loved the hot tub especially and the sauna was great too. The bed was comfy and the cocktails delicious. Such a lovely experience. The staff were so friendly too. We will both be coming back again and telling everyone.

Rooms are old with a superficial make over. Not worth the price. Restruant and bar was good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

we had a lovely stay close to Grand Canyon walk we wanted to do and close to other destinations on the Mountain. Lovely staff great breakfast we also had dinner in restaurant which was amazing 😊

My wife and I were very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. We returned to our room on one occasion and it hadn't been made up. The staff quickly attended to it and then went out of their way to locate us and inform us that the room was ready, exceptional. The young cocktail maker never stopped the entire time we dined there and he maintained a pleasant attitude throughout making our night a delight.
