The area is underdevelopment- the property just gets better! Kind helpful staff, very clean, great beds, sweet cool pool, tasty reasonable restaurant. I will be back- best value for my money!!!

All around service is great. Excellent location for airport purposes with shuttle service provided. Cold air conditioning along with super comfortable beds too. I highly recommend this establishment. Oh, and the price for a room, UNBEATABLE!

Beds were very uncomfortable, restroom was very small, and no handicap parking - was told if we parked in the front they weren’t responsible for what happens to our vehicle or belongings and asked to move it to the back where it’s not well lit. Only 1 elevator working during the entire stay

The place is comfortable. It offers ameneties for the tourists wanderers. It would help if they had better AC climate snd controls. The place was warm and bed outdated.

Hotel is excellent for the price I was very please except for the check in day the concierge was not kind at all he didn't greet customers he didn't smile or gave any instructions on how to access the restaurant or the pool not even the room we were assigned. The room was very clean big enough for 2 people. Free airport shuttle, free breakfasts which is not that great but hey! is free, the food restaurant is not that great, but is good if you don't feel like going somewhere else, the servers ane even management are not friendly they look tired or sad, anyways the oly person that was very polite was the young man who gave us a lift to the aeropuerto very nice personality and kindness

They denied me my reservation. I had to call corporate office to make them respect my reservation

The receptionist staff were very unfriendly, They are the one that suppose to be the first one to make you feel welcome because they are the face of the hotel and they are the worse on staff in the hotel. There were kids in the hallway talking very early about 6am. I left my cellphone in my room and when I got back I notice that my phone had 15 times unsuccessfully to log in, someone came in when I was not there.
