A great stay at the Citadines Barbican Apart'hotel.
The location was good, close to Barbican tube station, which is convenient for accessing all areas of central London fairly easily. There were a couple of restaurants close by that looked great and were very busy, but unfortunately, we didn't have the opportunity to try them out. Tesco Express was just up the road for essential items.
Service and staff were brilliant, made to feel welcome from arrival until departure, and received a special gift to help celebrate my husband's birthday.
Our room was a good size, very quiet, clean and great facilities. We were on the top floor, as I had requested, and had a glimpse over the roof tops to the gherkin and other impressive buildings.
It was a great stay, and I would definitely return on a future visit to London.

A great stay at the Citadines Barbican Apart'hotel.
The location was good, close to Barbican tube station, which is convenient for accessing all areas of central London fairly easily. Amazing service. Was able to check in early and leave our bags after check out as we had a late departure. Amazing location. The only thing was that there was a common entry between two rooms that then split to separate locked doors. This was fine other than the fact that your entire room shook when the other room came home and/or left.

We enjoyed our stay here. We were upgraded to a bigger suite and we really enjoyed the extra space. The staff were friendly.

Everything you’d want for a comfortable short stay with a little self catering thrown in . Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very convenient location in a surprisingly quiet area , yet close to Barbican tube station and a Tesco Express etc. Studio ideal for one person, maybe a bit a squeeze for a couple with luggage

Do not expect the same level of hospitality as citadines in singapore and malaysia. Its actually as different as day and night.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff is polite but do the minimum possible. Hotel will only offer free room cleaning every six days, which seems somewhat outrageous and cheap on their part.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. There was a nice cafe downstairs. Location is very convenient.
Front desk staff seemed poorly trained, and generally bad at communicating. But I give 5 stars to George, the porter, who fixed my TV promptly and efficiently, so that I could get online.
