Had a lovely time at this hotel. Upgraded to the biggest room and it exceeded my expectations. It was so lovely and spacious. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Would love to stay here again when I return to Ireland

Brought my nephew to see Santa in Bunratty and this was the closest hotel i could find. Delighted we found it. My nephew said it was the best hotel he has ever stayed in. Reception even printed him a map of where to find Santa. All the staff here were extremely good and friendly. Definitely a place i would go back to or recommend. Cater to gluten free as well.

When flying in or out of Shannon, the Park Inn is the ultimate in convenience. You can walk across the parking lot to enter the terminal and catch your flight, plus the restaurant/pub on-site has fine service and good food! A very convenient place to stay when you’re in Shannon!

Really enjoyed our stay here. Staff are very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Great location for travelling to nearby Clare and limerick.

Room was lovely but uncomfortably hot during the night. The flat, hard pillows were very uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel and restaurant were very good.

Nice location for the airport. Restaurant, outside patio, and bar were nice. Had 3 rooms, 5 adults dined and drank at property. The "chef" however refused to substitute onion rings at dinner for the chips/fries without upcharge. Very unappreciative of our staying there.

Very clean extremely busy with people checking in. Comfy beds. BUT Nothing in walking distance such as restaurants / shops. Limited menu…booking recommend.. Sometimes long wait to order & receive your food. Mixed cocktails limited in choose’s & weak & that’s by a girl who has (1) drink. Very weak.

This hotel was closed to Shannon Airport, Hotel staff was very friendly. Not much to see around the hotel. We were visiting friends, so they took us around

The staff was excellent, Hannah was very helpful and was always working. She needs a raise! Close to airport and highway so worked as a great base camp. Attached Gastropub was great for a late drink to calm my nerves after a day driving on the Irish roads!!

Very nice hotel with breakfast close to the airport. We came in late and left early the next morning so can't talk about what is there to do around the hotel.

Stayed for the night before the rest of our group arrived at Shannon. Very clean and comfortable. The food and drinks at the lodge were great and the staff was very friendly!

Excellent customer service. Clean & tidy. We stayed over for a concert at thomond park and it went without a hitch

This is more of a 2 or 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star. I would compare it to a Best Western. The king bed was more of a double bed. The breakfast was nice and included.
