Worst experience ever after many stays here.
Never again, there are so many options to choose from.

We were easily able to get an early check in. Bed was super comfortable. Not to noisy even If we were next to the elevator. Good location.

Great location, comfortable room. If you're considering Sandman downtown vancouver, YWCA or Hotel Blu, just know that those hotels surround this one so you can take your pick of the lot. there is a coffee shop and restaurant attached, but nothing to write home about. Definitely want to stay here if attending an event at the arena - its literally across the road. they do offer a free breakfast in the mornings but be aware of the times because they shut that down right at 10am/9am so dont think you can wander in late.

We had a king suite that we shared with family.
The king bed was great but the pull out couch bed was small and very uncomfortable.

We stayed in king bedroom suite, it gave us the privacy we needed for 3 adults (soundproof). We were able to regulate AC for each space separately, which was very helpful.
Breakfast was varied with plenty of healthy options.
Overall it was a very comfortable stay :)

Very clean, quiet and great location for the concert we went at the Roger’s Arena. Staff were very friendly and the coffee at the coffee shop was very good. Overall a good experience

This hotel was amazing for our single night stay. Not only is the location perfect for a walk by the water and night entertainment, it was clean and offered a great breakfast. With the top floor balcony and gym available to help you spend time with company, this hotel is great choice!

Everything was great! The only issue in the room was the recycle and garbage bins not clear and no bags. But overall fantastic!

Liked that it was clean and comfortable and staff was friendly; also enjoyed the breakfast; very convenient to Rogers Arena.

We were happy with our stay, the rooms were nice with a full kitchenette, quiet, staff was wonderful, parking was safe and we loved the top floor hot tub/fitness Center and outside patio. It was a perfect location for us to be close to Roger’s arena for our concert.

The only negatives were the bathroom was very dark. The lighting is built into the mirror and not very bright. The jacuzzi isnt as large as it looks on the website but the outdoor deck is large and has nice views of the city. Friendly helpful staff and location is close to the false creek ferries so very easy to get to museums or granville island.

The hotel seems to be cutting cost everywhere. No body wash and the cleaning staff didn't have the extra laundry bags as well.

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff is amazingly helpful, the rooms are comfortablle, and the shower is like a spa. We were able to walk next door to a delicious italian restaurant. We would stay here again if we came back to Vancouver.

The parki g is very tight. VERY TIGHT. If you dont need a rwntal car this is a decwnt place to stay.

The underground parking can be a little on the difficult side.
The rooms are spacious, the lobby is clean and the breakfast options are good.
You willneed patience for the elevators if you plan on using them between 9 and 10.
