Check in was good and the gentleman who checked me in was very helpful and polite. When I did the booking on hotels.com I booked a king room but when I got checked in I had to download grade for a double queen bed room and I was the only one traveling this time. I don't know who needs to update their booking stays computer but it needs to be done!!! Plus the bathroom and my room I stayed in was dirty and the carpet was not vacuumed at all

The room smelled so awful. The bed was old and worn out and had big bumps in it, the Blankets stunk.My husband threw it on the floor. They only had a half a roll of toilet paper in there, And my husband had to go get more, we even had to take out our own trash. The towels had yellow Stripes on them where they were hanging for so long,the ice maker had white crud where the ice came out, You'd need a putty knife to scrape it off
there's was no way we were going to get any ice,
We didn't stay the Planned 4 days, we checked out, Needless to say We'll never stay at
another super 8 motel again.

The fist punched hole in the sheet rock wall next to the bed has not been repaired since I reported it for room 118 over a year ago. Though the room was reasonably clean the bed mattress sagged and was very lumpy. Mattress sheet did not fit the bed (too small and not fitted) Rat or mouse turds all over the floor at west entrance to the building. Waffle and syrup tasted so bad is was not edible.

Our tv came with 4 separate remotes; that I had to go individually get that each controlled a separate function on the tv. There were homeless people hanging out by our car everytime we went outside. No shower curtain in the bathroom, even after I asked to to have one brought to our room. Mold on the bed skirt. Highly recommend this hotel👍

Outdoor parking lot was uneven, holes everywhere. Front desk personnel had no idea what they were doing. All rooms had awful odors, musty or smoking.
Would not recommend to anyone to stay here; look around.

There were holes in the blankets on the bed. Smoke detector was detached from ceiling and had plastic bag around it. Undesireable and limited breakfast items. Had a bed but no chairs to sit it. Whole room felt unclean and very sketchy!

When I booked the room I didn’t realize it was a smoking room until I checked in. The room smelled awful and the sheets and other furniture had burn marks and holes. Just make sure you look at the details of your room before booking here so you don’t get a smoking one.

Hallways & common areas were dirty. Fan in the room was too loud to run at night. No toilet paper or paper towels in lobby bathroom, staff did not replace when notified. Breakfast was cereal & a jug with 1/2 of milk. No napkins in breakfast area, front desk clerk offered kleenex when we asked for napkins.
