Amazing to have the smoking option.

Housekeeping only every few days. Didn’t ensure their pull out couch was clean, and behind their garbage can had questionable hair. We were dealing with family loss so it was just a place to go recharge and we were too exhausted to worry about it. The desk lady was nice about it, and they were all very friendly, just outdated, not clean facilities

While it wasn’t a horrible stay - our room was on the second floor and when looking out the window a screen was laying in the middle on the roof part, along with a fort of Jack Daniel’s, and a pair of gloves right beside our window. Window was missing screen so anyone could go in or out and you could actually see where someone tried from outside to slide it open. We actually slept with the hangers jammed in the window just in case for safety. We were advised to park over by the left side in front of some building - was confused as everyone else parked elsewhere. Staff were friendly, helped when we forgot our card in our room and gave an extra pillow when asked. No complaints with staff. Tub was dirty (could use a little more cleaning) but room otherwise wasn’t horrible. Just a little scary haha.

Loved staying here. Pool was awesome for the kids. Back patio area was nice and quiet to relax. The only thing is the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning. Other than that it was very clean and the customer service was amazing.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean and quiet. Our only complaint was that we had to wait a long time at the front desk for someone so we could check in and again when we wanted to check out.

I made reservations and it was confirmed but when I went to register and check in they claimed that I had no reservation and that payment hadn’t been made. I tried processing it again and my card declined. I gave up and asked if I could sit in the lobby area to look for another hotel. I took some pics of the hotel and pool to prove that I had been there. The hotel looks clean from the lobby area. Pool area too looked very inviting. I did not use the elevator nor did I ever enter a room. I was suppose to be in 117 There was a mix up in the dates too. They switched it on their end. I received an email from the hotel asking how my stay was and asked me to fill out a survey and speak on my experience in your company. Smoking room should have carpets removed. Run the taps more often. I turned on the one in my room and a bunch of dead bigs flushed out. Also sink did not drain. Beds very comfortable , breakfast was decent

Everything there seemed like an extra step was needed or just a weird way of doing things. Started by they couldn't find our reservation. Check in was rough The shower rod was slanted down so no matter what we tried the shower curtain just wanted to sink down to the middle of the rod. So once everyone finished showering the water was out of the bathroom. The bathrooms and towels could not get any smaller if you tried. The roof of the shower looked disgusting. The bed had no headboard instead a large picture. And the frame of it is right above the pillow. Uncomfortable plus my child gave herself a goose egg off the frame when she went to crash her head down on her pillow from being so tired. Which delayed her going to sleep by an hour. A big deal when she was already so tired and we had to be up early for hockey finals At the pool there was no hot tub or sauna. The pool is so shallow. The slide you have to go to the front desk to get it turned on and to also ask for towels everytime. Regretted our stay when there was lots of hotels for around the same price that we knew were good. Figured we would give it a tried. Wouldn't book it again unless desperate.

In addition to all of the above, your two front desk staff were both friendly, efficient, helpful. Great ambassadors for your hotel. I'd recommend your hotel to anyone.

We stayed here last year with no issues, so I booked once again. This time however, we were met with an unsanitary room. I do an extensive bed bug check (that I perform at every single hotel I stay at). There were none of those thankfully, but there was a FLEA hopping on the bed. A FLEA. On top of the sheet near the pillow. I noped out of there and asked for another room. We were given a room three doors down and it smelled so musty and mouldy we had to leave, I can only imagine what a third room would have looked like. The front desk employee was kind and helpful, but I have not heard back from Expedia about a refund. I will avoid this hotel at all costs from now on.
