This room was dirty, couch was stained and there were cockroaches.

Clean, comfortable bed, breakfast included. Helpful staff. 1/2 mile walk to Assembly metro stop, short ride to downtown Boston. Lots of new retail and restaurants in Assembly Row area.

Place could use a major upgrade. Staff was excellent. However heat all over (including halls and fitness center) was way too hot, big energy waste. Also very disappointing; only one treadmill and one exercise bike working in fitness center, all other equipment "out of order", my husband and I could not both get in a workout as the only working equipment was in use.

The area is a construction nightmare and very confusing for GPS if you are not familiar with the area. The hotel itself is average. For the rates charged, I was satisfied and would stay again, but it's your standard stuff in the 100-200 per night range. The staff was very friendly.

Walls on 7th floor are horridly thin or non insulated. We heard everything up until we knocked on wall at 0230AM. Beds comfy, towels scratchy, dove soap and shampoo was nice. Breakfast was decent. Overall good value for 155$ a night compared to the 210 and up in the Back Bay area.

We had a wonderful, soothing stay at La Quinta. While I frequently choose this hotel for its budget-friendly prices, I find myself returning more so for its cozy and welcoming ambiance. The airport shuttle service and the price point (boy! if you don't have to go to Boston, don't! ;-)) were my reasons for choosing this hotel. I was surprised to find another benefits: Assembly Metro Station were not far away!

Once we arrived at 11:15pm they told us that theyvdont pay for taxis after 10pm. It only git wiorse from them. Hotel carpets are beyond disgusting, furniture broken down, staff disorganized and rude. Spare yourself all the trauma and don't stay here!

Location was great. The hotel could definitely use a renovation. Room was nice but old carpet and wall colors. Definitely feels dated. But it was just outside downtown Boston, with free parking.

This place is not worth $300 a night. It is okay at best. Not the cleanest, breakfast is okay, the airport shuttle takes a while cause it only leaves every top of the hour. Overall it was okay, just way over priced.

Hotel is old, not updated, and could use a really good cleaning. Carpet in room has spots and noticeable dirt behind furniture. Stayed here because of the location and everything else was sold out or WAY too expensive.

Room cleaning service upon request - seriously @ $300/night? Carpets in a terrible condition. Whole feel was of a very, very tired property. Breakfast was just average.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Staff were great. Nice shopping & restaurants very close, plus the T station was less than a 10 minute walk away, which makes it super convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is actually not their fault. There was some construction in the area around the hotel, so it looked a bit dirty.
