Our stay was very good. The room was large and very clean. The mattress was very soft. The motel was in a very good location to verious attractions. Would recommend this motel.

This was our second stay here and we would stay there again. The decor may be a bit dated, but everything seemed clean and in working order. Our double room had once been two separate adjoining rooms that had been set up to be a suite with a separate living area in one room and a queen and single bed very close together in another room. I think the sofa may have opened up into a bed too, but I'm not sure. We were pleasantly surprised to learn upon arrival that we had been upgraded to the larger room though, perhaps because the proprietor knew that we had been there before. They have a pool which we haven't used yet, and they supposedly do nightly bonfires outback, which sound like a nice idea, but after a long day of hiking, we are always too tired.

The room my friend and I stayed in was really nice, the heated pool was fun to swim around in and it was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very friendly. We definitely plan on staying there again

My husband and I just came for a short 2 night getaway into the mountains and this cabin was perfect. Small but very cozy with everything you would need and it was a very reasonable price. Also liked that the cabins were tucked back away from the road. The owner who greeted was very friendly and made sure we had everything. Definitely would recommend for a little getaway

Very quiet even though the cottages are in close proximity to each other the one we stayed in was very clean not to mention the most comfortable bed compared most expensive hotels and the staff was very kind and helpful. Definitely overall a very nice place and well worth the rate they charge

This was a fantastic spot to base out of for a few days of hiking in the White Mountains. Clean and comfortable, minutes from Franconia Ridge trailheads and Lincoln restaurants, and the owners were super friendly and helpful with hiking suggestions. The pool, fire pit, and lawn games were an unexpected treat after a long day in the trail.

Very friendly hosts and great location. Rooms were clean. Beds were a bit small and AC could use an upgrade. We would stay again if in the area.

An older style motel that has been lovingly refurbished and modernized. Clean, well maintained, quiet, safe. We loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The price is great, especially during the tourist season. We will definitely stay again!

After our reservation. We received a call asking what time we will arrive. Since it was going to be late. They prepared out room and we didnt have to go in office to get key and paper work. Paper work was completed next morning. That deserves brownie points

Very nice location. Clean quiet cozy cabins. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. We will be visiting again and telling friends and family to stay with them in the Lincoln nh area.
