Clean room. Everything in working order, except heating/cooling unit was extremely loud. Sleep was disrupted.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The building was clearly well kept and I also appreciated the free water bottle filler in the fitness center. Conveniently located nearby the VT campus.

The only negative is the pillows are too thin and uncomfortable otherwise it is a great place to stay

I liked the generous size of the king size bed, the extra room of the sofa area with the separate cooking/breakfast area and the shower area with toilet and the sink/counter outside the shower area.

First time I stay at this Holiday Inn. I stayed here as I was moving in my son into an apartment for his Sophomore year at Virginia Tech. Will definitely stay here again as it is only a few minutes from the campus and the main street in Blacksburg

This property reminded us of a Marriott. It was clean, safe, friendly staff, and offered breakfast. Breakfast could be better but the room and stay were excellent. Looks like a brand new hotel.

It was a nice, one night stay. Very clean. The only issue for me was the toilet seat. It was very loose. Made it difficult for a guy with a bad hip. But then eight of the ten hotels on this trip had that problem. But its not a big deal.

What I didn’t like was people wondering the hall and being loud (yelling) all hours of the night. Hard to stay asleep, but a beautiful facility.
