Good and nice. Rom was too cold and the heater too small for it i guess. Other than that, shower curtain way too long makes super uncomfortable, and pillows too small and not good everything else is nice. Location is perfect and people always so friendly. Been here few times and do like it for a quick stay.

We like staying at this hotel and good service with arrival but personale om the dinning room are not aducated to work with food, same cloth used to wipe table, coffecan and floor, no gloves when handling food.

Have stayed here before, very good location. Staff is professional and helpful. We had an issue with the beds and we had to move to another room on our check in day.

Booked doublebed - got to single beds - payed extra for water view - got backyard view. Paid for de luxe room - got standard room - door to toilet could not close, no aircon, only service for 1 person in the double room. Beds as hard as concrete. Coversheett 180cm (for child?). Open wardrope - cannot close. NO PARKING included.

I liked all of the above. My only concern was the bed. The mattress slides easily and then you have a mattress hanging a little over the frame when you get up and almost fall off.

Front desc was very helpful but the bar was closed - that was a bit disappointing and not advised anywhere when booking the room.

God location, beds on the harder side but good. Our room had a bathtub that could cause problems for people who are not that mobile. The shower curtain was too long which meant that we stood on it while showering. No AC but window could be opened.
Two single beds in stead of a queen size was a big plus for us.

We have been charged TWICE on the City Tax as the reception does not know the currency we set on Hotels.com.
The breakfast was ok but it costs 20 Euro pp, you can have a better option just outside the hotel.

Good over all, room wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping shouting and banging in the room next door at 7:30am so no chance of a nice lay in.

Room size was great. Most problems were sorted quickly. Staff very helpful, but it was a pity that there were any problems at all. (Beds and towels not prepared for the number of guests, fridge not working, no coffee for the machine) The rooms and corridors were too hot to be comfortable, and an unnecessary waste of energy.
